They did our wedding cake and WOW. We did a "partially naked" carrot cake. Partially naked meaning the frosting is just barely put on the outside so the cake shows through - it makes it look almost like a tree trunk. It was very rustic looking and we got tons of compliments! And it was also delicious :) We had our florist give them flowers to add to the top as well and it turned out perfectly!

My cake was amazing. I wanted something traditional on the front ( cascading roses going down the side of our 4 tier square cake) but something more fun on the back side. I love skittles so i wanted it incorporated without being in the cake so they used skittles in my matching colors to cascade down the back like the roses on the front. It was perfect and every1 who knows me knew it was 'so me'.

This bakery was apart of our package with Tamarack Golf Club. They did a great job on the wedding cake and the cake tasted really good. Everyone enjoyed the cake. We went with a canola filling which was the high lite of the cake. They did a great job with the design all though they do not use Fondant which would have made the cake even better.
