Facilities and Capacity
George Ranch Historical Park has 9 unique ceremony and reception venues, 4 of which are indoor, climate-controlled spaces. Guy Lodge Hall was built in 1913 and is a dance hall complete with wood floors and a tin ceiling. The Lodge Hall can seat up to 150 people. The Beasley Post Office is a turn-of-the-century building and is perfect for smaller events or as an overflow option for the Lodge Hall, it can seat up to 50 guests. The South Yard is a large grassy area lined with crepe myrtle trees and surrounded by 200-year-old oak trees, perfect for an outdoor ceremony or reception. The maximum capacity for the South Yard is 500 people. Beasley Chapel is a storybook church built in 1900 and can seat up to 100 guests. Polly Ryan Gazebo is on a large area of grass which is perfect for smaller occasions. The Treehouse Yard was built in the early 1900s and is perfect for couples looking for a unique ceremony venue. Built in the 1930s, Longhorn Barn is a beautifully refurbished antique barn that can fit up to 175 people inside, and with tenting can have an additional 250 guests. Circle O Pavilion is great for an open-air option and can fit up to 200 seated, and up to 2,000 when utilizing the adjacent yard. The Indoor Arena is a 63,000 square-foot space great for bigger events and rental of the space includes packing the arena floor, parking, and grandstand seating for up to 500 people. George Ranch Historical Park offers multiple locations filled with history and is perfect for those seeking a charming, unique wedding venue.

All rentals at George Ranch Historical Park include chairs and tables, linens, set up, and clean up. They offer 4 separate wedding packages with varying food options, items, and extras. In addition to their spaces, the venue offers the usage of an event planner, event rentals, lighting, and sound. All of the venue’s wedding packages include food for the reception. All options include dinner rolls, butter, iced tea and lemonade for the meal. The Aristocrat and Majestic packages include a salad course, two entrees, and three sides. The Regal package includes two entrees and two sides. The Texas Two-Step package includes two meat options and two sides. Premium bar services are included with the Aristocrat, beer and wine are included with the Majestic, and soda and bottled water are included with the Regal.

Beautiful Site, Great People
We booked the gorgeous wood church for our wedding ceremony on a Saturday morning. To ensure we had the area all to ourselves, they do not book any of the other buildings during our time - that's really special because they are basically agreeing to forgo possible income to make you the focus!
They were also open to us changing our minds between the gazebo, to the church, to back and forth between inside and out because nothing else was booked.
The event team was wonderful and very responsive to my multiple requests to come out to measure, walk my coordinator through the ceremony, walk my photographer through the site, and random other visits needed to plan out the perfect wedding.
On the day of the event, the event staff were there in the shadows ready to help if need be but thankfully it all went off without a hitch so they weren't needed.
Overall the location was beautiful and the staff made it all a pleasant experience both leading up to the special day and on the wedding day itself.

Our spectacular wedding.
Two words: Natosha Dickerson (soon to be a bride herself, so I’m not sure of her married name). She was my wedding coordinator responsible for our flawless wedding that we held at the Guy Lodge Hall in the South Yard at George Ranch Historical Park. This woman is an extremely talented and sharp professional. From the beginning, from the first phone call, she was warm and extremely helpful all the way until the end. She is always cheerful and on top of everything, she never forgets anything, nothing makes it past her without her knowledge. She makes the George Ranch Historical Park look incredibly amazing. It was an honor to work with her and have our wedding held in this little slice of history. It was basically the wedding of my dreams. It has been two weeks since our wedding day, and we are still basking in the glow of the fond memories we made there. The entire time we were working together with Natosha, I was thinking, “How can two plain civilians plan a large scale event? Something will go wrong if not everything would go wrong.” But nope, I was amazed at how easily it fell together with Natosha’s help! She didn’t seem worried whatsoever during the entire planning process but I was over here just trying to be cautiously optimistic, and she was at ease for good reason. No hitches, no missteps, just a stellar time surrounded by our friends and family! The George Ranch has very competitive pricing, and upgrading something was no big deal as we wanted to upgrade the bar as we approached our wedding date. They provided an insanely great DJ (DJ Tom), uplighting, delicious food by Schultze’s, friendly, professional staff who made our night a dream, and unforgettable memories.
