I have had the pleasure of working with this vendor for many years on several different events and every time has been a wonderful experience. The wonderful staff is top notch and the food is impeccable. They will definitely ensure you have a great event.

We had our wedding reception at Genesys and it was everything I could have imagined!! Collene was so amazing and helpful, she coordinated with all of our vendors to make sure everything was delivered and ready to go for our arrival. The staff were super awesome and catered to my husband and I. Made sure we had everything we needed and waited on us hand and foot. The food was excellent especially the salmon!! I could not have asked for a better reception and the price and space were great!! Definitely would recommend them for your next event!!

From booking with Genesys to the day of our experience was positive. Professional, friendly and flexible. The manager and her team were wonderful.

As of right now (8 months prior to wedding), Demetria has been great! Very responsive to my emails and questions and always willing to please my needs! Can't wait for the big day!!

My 25th wedding anniversary for 200 guests was rescheduled to this year due to pandemic. The office staff and manager stayed in touch and worked with us on special requests. We were lucky not all vendors were so flexible. Our event was beautiful, the floor captain was wonderful and food was good. Location and venue were perfect.

We just had our wedding at the Genesys banquet center on 10/26/2013 and it was amazing! Demetria is the manager and was more than helpful with everything we needed. This is a great value due to the fact that the rental cost is very low and the food and alcohol and about average price. The only bummer was that we were not allowed to take food home afterwards due to insurance liabilities. This wasn't that big of a deal because if the number of people show that you expected there isn't much food left over anyways. This venue accommodates very small wedding receptions to very large. We had about 230 people and had the place to ourselves. I received MANY compliments on the food especially the lemon pepper chicken. I would recommend this venue to anyone with any party venue needs!

They were very great! We have been to two weddings at other venues since and those weddings cost were much higher but their service and food's quality were much worse than what we recieved at this venue. Everyone was very happy with the quality and service!

My daughters wedding was beautiful and the help in the planning and setting up by the staff was amazing! The one thing I could see improvement in was that during the wedding the bathrooms needed more attention. There was another event going on and there was a lot of traffic through the restrooms. I had to ask for them to be attended after a guest complained. I also thought the prices of the cash liquor bar we opted for was a bit overpriced since this was a large event and guests felt it.(in this economy) Other than those two things it was a great affair.

This is a beautiful venue with amazing food, accommodating staff, and a few hidden expenses. I had a wedding of 450 people and not one singe person reported not loving the food. The service staff was not noticed throughout the night except for when my mother saw them "devouring" the remainder of my sheet cake in the back. Other than this lack of judgement everyone was great.
