White Lake Oaks Event Center

White Lake Oaks was an easy choice for our wedding reception. We worked primarily with Jennifer, who gave us a helpful tour of multiple venues, along with clear pricing to help plan our wedding budget. We ultimately chose White Lake Oaks for the beautiful floor-to-ceiling windows, and the inclusion of the outside patio space, which we used to set up lawn games for our wedding guests. Jennifer worked with us to coordinate the delivery and set up of our decorations, favors, cake, etc., which made for a seamless and stress-free wedding weekend. The staff were consistently responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend hosting your wedding reception here!

We worked with Sharon, and she was fantastic. She kept us updated with when we needed to do things, and made it so easy to plan. She helped in any way she could. Food is AMAZING, and you get an incredible amount. The even had 2 works carry my and my husband's plate through the buffet! We felt like royalty. She and everyone there went above and beyond. Great place, reasonably priced, I highly recommend!

These people were awesome!! They went way out of their way for us, even as far as going to the store and picking up some candy we forgot. They also did all our setup and take down at no extra cost. Food was out of this world, huge selection on the buffet.

Only complaint was that it took them so long to cut the cake and put it out that a lot of my friends left before even getting any.

I can not say enough about how wonderful my reception was! The food was great and the room was beautiful! I was able to get into the hall early to set-up, which was a huge help to my vendors. Highly recommended this vendor!

I cannot say enough about White Lake Oaks and Heather the manager. Our experience was amazing. The food was abundant and to die for, the flexibility of the chefs to make the day exactly as we dreamed. We are not drinkers and they allowed us to adjust one of their packages to remove the liquer and replace it with the dessert table!! The let me have a pretzel bar intead of veggies for the cocktail hour. Such an amazing company to work with!!!

What a great experience from start to finish. From the first time we walked in and met with Heather. She was awesome! She and her staff guided us the whole way. I thought I would be a bridezilla, but I never got the chance, they made it all seem so easy.

The food was the best I had ever had, not that I ate much, but everyone is still raving. I have never seen such a beautiful buffet. I love salads and they seemed to go on forever. It would take a day just to try everything. Well worth it, and more!

The staff was there to do whatever was needed. They even did things that I thought we would have to do ourselves. When we arrived we were ready to go to work on the final set-up, but they had already finished it all. All that was left was for us to sip champagne in the bridal suite and be pampered all day. They even made lunch for us - I didn't even know how much I really needed that, it was so yummy.

The grounds were immaculate, the day was perfect, I wish I could do it all over again.

Having our wedding at White Lake Oaks was a great choice! I was very pleased with the service from day one, Heather Peters, the manager was a pleasure to work with. She was so helpful fitting everything we wanted into our budget. The room that our reception was in is gorgeous and the waitstaff was very polite and helpful as well. The food was delicious, we chose to have a buffet and there was so much to choose from starting with the appetizers when we arrived to the late night snack! Great place to have a party I would recommend it to anyone.

Darlene and Tom were so lovely to work with for my wedding! They were accommodating, flexible, and helped us redo our floorplan after some unexpected events happened! As far as the venue, it was absolutely perfect. The banquet room fit our 113 guests, a band stage, and a 16x16 dancefloor and there was still lots of space for our guests to move around. We were huge fans of the patio area and the foyer as well, as our guests are able to step away from the music and mingle with each other!

I would recommend White Lake Oaks to everyone. The service provided by Heather and her staff was amazing. The food was excellent, and the staff provided us with an outstanding evening. Heather, was more than willing to work with me and my wife and was very flexible in meeting us, and accommodating our needs.

We held our ceremony outside at the venue followed by an indoor cocktail hour and reception inside. Locals in the area warned us about road noise since the ceremony site sits very close to the street, but we took a chance since the area was just what were we looking for. We got married at 5:30pm on a Friday and no road noise. Sharon and her staff at White Lake Oaks were professional, friendly, and extremely accommodating! From the first time we sat down with her to discuss the details, Sharon made it clear that her top priority was to make the bride and groom happy. On our wedding day it poured rain as things were being set up for our outdoor ceremony. With the weather forecast promising it would stop within a half hours time before our ceremony, my husband and I were very indecisive as to whether we should risk getting wet, or move the ceremony site indoors. White Lake Oaks staff rearranged our reception hall to accommodate the ceremony, then back outside wiping off chairs and tables... Three times! They never complained once. The service was excellent. I would highly recommend White Lake Oaks for your wedding!
