Susan's work is absolutely amazing! She is so talented and creative and goes above and beyond in everything she does. She has the largest collection of styles, colors, etc to match any event and her prices are great! She actually cares about her work and the amount of time she spends making sure every little detail is just right just doesn't exist anymore. Even if you are just looking for a simple centerpiece to a full blown wedding florist, Garden Party is the best decision you will make in the whole planning process!

Susan Garden of Garden Party Napa designed our flowers and decorations at our recent June 25th, 2016 wedding at a private winery in St. Helena (Napa Valley), CA. We had a tight budget and she worked with us on what was needed versus extra and what we could do to save where possible. Our arrangements turned out beautifully and really helped to pull our whole “rustic vineyard chic” vibe together. Susan helped with both our rehearsal dinner and our wedding. I would highly recommend working with her for all your floral needs!

Susan is pure magic!!! I could not be more pleased with the floral arrangements Susan and her team did for our Wedding. I gave her little direction besides I wanted " simple yet classy" and with that she created the most beautiful floral backdrops for our outdoor wedding. Our wedding was smaller in size, about 115 guests, and Susan designed the arrangements, bouquets and boutonnieres perfectly!! I can not say enough positive things about Susan and her work!!! I was definitely one very happy bride, and a major part of that was seeing all the beauty that was created thanks to Susan.

Auberge du Soleil referred us to Susan for our flowers. She was able to get us an appointment on very short notice and she was EXACTLY what we were looking for. I was a little nervous about getting PINK flowers when I wanted more of a "blush" color. Susan said she completely understood and I just crossed my fingers that I wouldn't have baby pink flowers on my wedding day. Well, when she delivered my flowers (ON-TIME!) I could not believe it. They were more beautiful than I expected. They were gorgeous. I had a difficult time putting my bouquet down! She paid such close attention to detail with every aspect of my flowers, from the aisle to the tables, right down to the flowers on the cake. I was more than thrilled with her work and would highly, highly recommend using Susan. She also is more than helpful with keeping in your budget and making sure you still get exactly what you want. I started working with Susan based on a recommendation from Auberge du Soleil, which was our wedding venue. My basic M.O. when it came to the wedding was that I wanted as stress-free and simple a planning process as possible -- Susan totally got this. I told her that I wanted all white flowers with a sort of romantic English garden aspect -- peonies, gardenias, polo roses, hydrangeas, et cetera. Based on just those instructions, she pulled together a spot-on proposal very promptly and delivered flowers that were absolutely spectacular. Everything was beautifully arranged and just what I had in mind -- and for an extremely competitive price. I would highly recommend Garden Party to anyone planning a wedding in the Napa area!

Susan at Garden Party was wonderful to work with. She really listened to what I envisioned the wedding to be like, and was not pushy at all like some of the other florists I had interviewed in the area. She worked with me to revise the proposal countless times to ensure if it exactly what I wanted...down to every detail (number of flowers in centerpieces, fluffiness of bouquets, color gradient of arches, etc.) Everything looks beautiful at the wedding. She even threw in complementary wedding cake flowers that looked amazing!

She is also very familiar with many of the venues, including ours, Calistoga Ranch, and delivered all of our personal flowers, cake flowers, reception/ceremony decorations with no issues at all.

We just had the most wonderful experience with Garden Party floral design and its founder, Susan Garden. We planned a rehearsal dinner and wedding in Napa from our homes in New York and Mass. and found Susan to be incredibly easy to work with -- she was great at listening, following up, providing samples and showing examples, and coming up with ideas that we could incorporate into both events to make them special. It was Susan's idea to use a large format bottle of wine instead of a guest book for guests to sign. And Susan also made the rehearsal dinner arrangements easily transportable so our guests from out of town would have beautiful flowers to take home to their rooms for the weekend. Susan knew the venues, and brought great ideas and creativity to the events. We wanted the two parties to feel different from each other -- and the flowers reflected that. The pretty, folksy, sunflower-based arrangements for the rehearsal party were a world away from the dramatic, gorgeous, romantic purple and silver overflowing arrangements of the wedding -- yet they were both done professionally, perfectly, and exactly on budget and as requested. She is very reliable and easy to communicate with. I would hire Susan again in a heartbeat. She has a lot of experience and is also a very calming influence -- she's mellow but on top of everything! This is a great type of personality when you're dealing with a stressed out bride and her attendents long-distance. Can't say enough great things about her. Thanks for the opportunity.
