We cannot imagine going with another florist, you will not regret going with Anne. We spoke to multiple florists at the beginning of the process. Anne was very personable while also professional. The top 3 differentiators was her visual pricing, sustainable practices, and communication.

Anne put together a slideshow in our color palate with visuals of what each price point looks like translated into a bouquet, cake topper, etc. which was awesome. She also provided a budget template which was very helpful. Both of these services combined made the planning process seamless for planning and staying in our budget. We knew exactly what we were getting and Anne was great at asking clarifying questions to make sure she understood what we wanted.

She also uses sustainable gardening and arranging methods. She grew the most beautiful dahlias for our fall wedding, and got us out of season flowers as well. This was especially unique that we didn't see in any other florist.

Anne responded very fast to our requests, and even last minute changes. She also provided invaluable advice and insight through every step of the process. Everything turned out even better than we could have imagined. She is extremely talented and passionate and it definitely shows. All our guests commented on how amazing the florals were. If we were to do it all again, we would go with Garden and Roads in a heartbeat!

Over the course of several calls and emails, Anne worked with us to figure out what we liked and how much we wanted to spend on our wedding florals. We settled on a cascading style with lots of wildflowers, interesting colors, and varied textures. She even gave us some great ideas to save money on flowers but still have both a beautiful service and reception - she is someone who really wants the best for her customers and goes the extra mile to help you organize your own thoughts and desires, and balance all your competing wedding demands. Most importantly, we absolutely loved our florals. They were unique and very us, and every wedding we go to now we will look at each other and say- these are nice, but ours were amazing! Anne was amazing. I found her pricing to be very reasonable and she really worked with our budget and helped us achieve our vision without breaking the bank. She’s also extremely transparent about pricing for each item, which we really appreciated. In the end, I absolutely loved our florals and the whole process was very smooth. She even grew all of the dahlias in our arrangements herself, which just felt so special.

We absolutely LOVED working with Anne for our spring wedding! From our very first phone call, Anne was professional, understanding, and flexible. She created a beautiful arch for our ceremony at the Old South Church that added the perfect touch to the historic venue (she told us it was her first time making an arch of this type- and can you believe the result?!). We leaned heavily into the literary theme for our reception held at the Boston Athenaeum, and the floral arrangements Anne created fit the elegant vintage ambience perfectly. We had several consultation calls before the wedding with slide decks that Anne prepared so that we could all be on the same page and share ideas in real time. Boston weddings are $$$, and we especially appreciated how receptive Anne was to repurposing florals from the ceremony to reception. We felt that she was on our side at every stage, prioritizing the aspects of florals that were most important to us. We preserved the bridal bouquet in resin (through another independent shop) and can now admire our flowers from our wedding day every time we place our rings on the ring holders and pick out a book from our shelf. We wholeheartedly recommend working with Anne for your wedding!

Anne and her team at Garden and Roads created the most incredible florals for our wedding. Every single item was stunning and we could not have been any happier. Anne and her team did an absolutely amazing job providing the florals for our wedding at Tower Hill Botanic Garden! She was easy to work with and her arrangement were beautiful and just what we wanted. We can’t thank her enough and we’d highly recommend her. Anne and her team executed our vision for our wedding flowers perfectly and within our budget. She was an absolute delight to work with and I would highly recommend her to any other couples getting married in the area. I showed her a hand painted decorative plate as inspiration and she ran with it! Truly a delight to work with and wish I could get married again to experience her floral arrangements all over again.

We LOVED the flower arrangements that Anne created for our daughter’s wedding. The bouquets were so beautiful as were the centerpieces. The bright colors of the bouquets really popped and worked so well with the red of the bridesmaids’ dresses. I particularly loved the pincushion protea (one of my favorite flowers)! Thank you as well for your close attention to detail throughout the planning process and for your flexibility as we realized the museum set up would not accommodate the ceremony flowers we had hoped to do. Ditto with switching from petals for the flower girls to the miniature bouquets for them. BTW, everyone loved their delicate flower crowns! It was such a pleasure to work with Anne!
