I had the best experience at Gamberdella! They special ordered a dress that I wanted to try and it ended up being my dress! Clare and Mary helped me find my perfect dress and were so supportive and helpful. It was great to use their video chat feature as my family lives out of town. Gamberdella was super accommodating of my requests and appointments. I highly recommend Gamberdella to anyone wedding dress shopping in the DMV area. It was WELL worth the drive for me as I had bad experiences with multiple shops in DC. Their alterations were phenomenal and I thought very reasonably priced given the work done. My dress looked amazing and fit me perfectly for our big day.

The entire team at Gamberdella was wonderful to work with. I came into wedding dress shopping without any idea of what I wanted, and everyone there was so wonderful and accommodating to help me find my dream dress. Gamberdella was the first bridal salon I looked at, and even after looking at several other local shops, I couldn't get the service (and the dresses) at Gamberdella out of my mind. Despite my hectic work schedule, the team there was able to easily accommodate my schedule to schedule all my fittings and alterations. Gamberdella was the best vendor I worked with during my wedding planning process. From the day I found my dress to the day I picked it up, everything was perfect. They were so professional, had great communication, and gave me excellent advice regarding the alterations. My dress was originally off shoulder, but they were able to alter it to be strapless and added a bow on the back, all to my liking, resulting in my dream dress. My whole experience working with Gamberdella was a bride's dream, and I would recommend a thousand times over!

I had the BEST experience at Gamberdellas! They have designers come and visit for trunk shows so take a look into that because I was lucky enough to have the designer of the dress I picked out there. It was so special! Mary the owner is great and so is Clare. Alterations went very smoothly and were reasonably priced. Highly recommend this place!!

I can’t say enough good things about Gamberdella. Mary and Clare made me feel so special and helped me to find the perfect dress for me. I loved dressing up as a fairy princess as a little girl, so they helped me to find the perfect dress to fit my dreams. They helped me to remove the sleeves in order for it to be exactly what I wanted. They found me the perfect accessories and the most gorgeous veil. I never felt pressured and they truly listened to what my hopes were for my big day and made it a reality. They also altered my dress to perfection. I felt the most beautiful I’ve ever felt in my dress. They also helped my bridesmaids to find the dresses that they looked and felt the most beautiful in. This was especially impressive since I had so many! I am forever thankful to Gamberdella for making my day so special.

Mary and her team were so wonderful to work with from day one of picking out my dress, to walking out the door with the final product just before the wedding. They even helped me find a veil that matched perfectly with my dress. Everyone at Gamberdella was patient, knowledgeable, accommodating, and never tried to rush you out the door. Clare and the team at Gamberdella are the absolute best! With just a couple of questions, Clare recommended the most perfect dress for our tropical beach wedding. I cannot say how much I loved my dress! The ordering process was seamless and I had my alterations done right on site, which were a breeze. I also got my veil here and my bridesmaids purchased their Bill Levkoff dresses through Gamberdella, as well (getting them a 10% discount). You will not regret getting your dress here.

The team at Gamberdella is exceptional! From finding my mom the best mother of the bride’s dress to helping the bridesmaids get their dresses (some local and some out of town) to helping me find my dress, Mary, Clare, and the rest of the team are just amazing. Because of the exclusive lines at Gamberdella, I knew I could get a dress that would be unique and a one of a kind. I started shopping during the pandemic and Gamberdella allowed me to start off with a virtual appointment which was a great primer for when I could come in to try on dresses. When I did come in for an appointment, I found my dream dress off the bat. I even got to come back in for a virtual fitting with the designer, Peter Langner! When the dress came in, Shari, the steam stress, tweaked it so it fit like an absolute glove! Many thanks to the Gamberdella team for making this a wonderful experience!

Mary, Clare, Jen and the entire Gamberdella team is absolutely amazing and accommodating! In April of 2019, my daughter found her dream dress at a salon in Denver, where she was living at the time. However, she soon thereafter moved back to the east coast. Gamberdella carried dresses by the designer but not the exact dress my daughter wanted. Mary Gamberdella had a sample of the dress shipped to her salon from the designer in NYC. We wound up ordering that dress from Gamberdella in May of 2019. My daughter’s first fitting was in February, 2020 for her June, 2020 wedding. Then Covid hit. Her wedding was then postponed 2 more times until she finally got married in May, 2021. Gamberdella kept her dress in safe keeping for over 1 year until my daughter could safely return for fittings. My daughter had several fittings and because she lives in Boston, she often needed fittings that were outside of Gamberdellas normal business hours. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Mary and her team! We have found a new set of friends! Thank you, thank you to Mary and her team for such a professional, positive and fun experience! Gamberdella played a huge part in making my daughter’s wedding soo magical and beautiful!
