Frank was amazing to work with. We found him through our wedding planner and it was very easy booking process. He was very professional and down-to-earth, and immediately made us feel at ease. We booked him for both engagement pictures and for our wedding day. He is very organized and we had multiple conversations about exactly what we wanted captured of our day. His wife Colleen was his second shooter on our wedding day, and she was one of the sweetest people we have ever met - she saved the day more than once by carrying my veil so it wouldn’t get snagged on the ground. Frank is also incredibly creative and has an eye for what might seem like an “out there” shot, and then always comes back looking absolutely amazing. We loved his vibrant and dramatic photo style; he made taking pictures fun and easy. He and Colleen are extremely kind and patient, and took all of the stress out of our day. Frank is the best!

Frank had photographed my sister's wedding years ago so when the time came for me to walk down the aisle I knew exactly who to call! He was just as I remember! We are casual and go with the flow and he more than mirrored that making the day not only relaxing but FUN! He finds shots that I never would have dreamed of and they are STUNNING!!!! First of all if you don't know; Frank Vilsack is the best! Frank has been photographing my family for years! There was no question he was going to do our wedding! Frank made is so easy and flexible. He's very professional and also goes with what you want, and what he knows works! He gets the pic! 12 days before my wedding I had to change venues, and he had no problem shifting and being able to make the move with us! Frank Vilsack will not disappoint.

Frank was my photographer and also a member of the band I hired. Easily the two best decisions I made for my wedding. As a photographer he is calm, organized and timely. He has the best eye to capture candid photos which were the most important to me. He caught moments that really epitomizes the saying “A Picture is Worth a Thousand Words”. Some of the shots I know I will cherish forever. Working with him is such a joy. He is the most easygoing and nice guy. Believe me our group tested his patience but he was nothing but professional. I will without a doubt use Frank for all my future photography needs.

My husband and I chose Frank after viewing his online portfolio. We live in Nashville and planned a destination wedding in Erie PA, where my family is from. Making all of my decisions from afar was a bit challenging and to me the most important part was the photography and making sure our special day was captured.
