I had no option in picking my Jeweler, all the woman in the family have rings by Massey, but after my experience I wouldn’t of had it any other way. Massey is not only the best in the business when it comes to style and design, but he gives you his fullest attention and can put your image into reality. He always made me feel like top priority, responded to all my emails and inquiries, but most of all created the most beautiful pieces for my wife. I can’t thank Massey and Frank Salese enough and will recommend them to any and everyone!!

Massey was wonderful to work with designing my wedding band. I get so many compliments on it and am so happy with the outcome! He was super flexible and even though I didn't like not having my engagement ring while they were making the band, it was worth it since it matches exactly!

Massey, the general manager, is great to work with. He was incredibly patient as we picked out our wedding bands (and from what I hear, sat with my husband for nearly 2 hours when he picked out my engagement ring!). He is very knowledgeable and was willing to answer any questions we had. He entertained our crazy ideas and had many samples to show us to help us narrow down what we wanted. We've been back several times for a bent prong, cleaning/polishing, etc and he remembers us by name each time. It is a small store, but a mighty giant on Jeweler's Row in Philly.

Frank Salese crafted my beautiful engagement ring, and they have been great since the moment it was placed on my finger! They give me complimentary cleanings, and even agreed to repair it for free when I accidentally bent the band (TWICE!). Its a small shop, and they make us feel like family when we walk in the door. All businesses today should operate this way...

My husband designed and purchased my beautiful engagement ring and we went to Massey for our wedding bands which he helped us design exactly what we wanted and assisted us with keeping our budget, he does beautiful professional work and we will be going back for future jewelry purchases
