I've had the pleasure of working with Barbara (and her amazing team!) for a number of years and am always excited to work with her. She's very organized, responds quickly to e-mails and is always helpful in coordinating schedules for myself and the bride. Once the wedding day arrives and the bride and I finally meet face-to-face, everything just flows, stress free as a result of all of Barbara's behind the scenes diligence. Working with someone who has such great attention to detail as Barbara is invaluable! I cannot say enough nice things about working with her and would highly recommend her.

I've had the chance to work with Barbara & her team at Four Nineteen Weddings so many times I've lost count! They're truly an immense pleasure to work with. All of her events flow smoothly the "day of", I can assure it's because months in advance they're working hard on every detail concerning that event. Even moments before the wedding they don't settle for anything less than amazing. As a vendor, communication with the planner is extremely important from start to end. Barbara is extremely approachable and great communicating via email; she's super quick to reply with suggestions, problem-solving, or simply confirming what's necessary at the time. With destination weddings, couples have to leave their comfort zone and trust their wedding planner with so many decisions, luckily, Barbara has this under control. She works with the best vendors and venues in Costa Rica, and openly recommends the couples according to their needs and likes.
