Four Seasons is phenomenal and hiring Santina was easily the best decision we made for our wedding! Without her, I have no idea how I would have been able to manager getting married in the middle of Tropical Storm Ophelia. She was calm, organized, so incredibly helpful, and frankly one of the nicest people we've ever met. She went above and beyond confirming details, setting up decor, and keeping all vendors apprised of any last minute detail changes needed due to the terrible weather. She was so critical to our day, and we 100% believe our wedding could not have happened without her. Thank you Santina!

I am truly so lucky to have been able to work with Santina for my August 2023 wedding. Santina truly went above and beyond throughout the planning process and on the day of the wedding. I felt so well supported and guided in the months leading up to the wedding and never felt like anything was falling through the cracks. In the two months leading up to the wedding, Santina was responsive and communicative, going back and forth with vendors and taking charge of logistics. The day of the wedding I felt that every logistical detail was flawlessly executed. Santina anticipated my needs before I even had to articulate them and seamlessly served as a liaison between the vendors, the venue, and the bridal party. I don't know how she was able to be in so many places at once! She did it all with a huge smile and a warm, comforting presence which was noted by all family and friends in the bridal party. I would highly recommend Santina and Four Seasons Events!! Truly one of the best decisions I made for my wedding.

I hired Santina as a day of coordinator for my wedding. Santina and her assistant Lauren were professional, organized, communicative and a pleasure to work with. I am a perfectionist and I decided to get a day of coordinator so I could enjoy the day, which was worth every penny. In the month leading up to my wedding, Santina attended the final walk through at the venue. She created and distributed a timeline to all of my vendors. On the day of, Santina and Lauren did a great job of solving all of the problems that came up.

Santina was an absolute lifesaver! I'm a type A perfectionist, but I knew I wanted to be able to hand over my brain to someone to fully enjoy my wedding. Santina was not only organized and incredibly responsive, but I felt like I could 100% rely on her my entire wedding weekend. So thankful for her.

Before we booked our venue (Art Factory in Paterson), we knew we wanted to free up our family from having to assist with coordination and setup. I talked to one other coordinator and then Santina. She blew me away with how easy she was to talk to and how quickly she understood my ideas and concerns. I could not have done this without out her and her assistant Lauren. Hiring Santina and her team was by far, the BEST DECISION WE MADE. At one point, due to unforeseen family events, we thought we might have to postpone our wedding. Santina got on the phone with every single vendor to come up with a Plan B and then, when the wedding was back on, seamlessly made sure everything was back on track. The day of, she was right there, including literally running if something was wrong to handle it. Our guests all knew her and Lauren by name and were equally impressed. Wedding days, by nature, are so detail-oriented and can be so stressful. Having Santina and Lauren by our side made all of the difference. From being able to text her with small or big concerns, helping with so many moving parts the day of, and just being a genuinely warm-hearted person that was easy to talk to and confide in and made our wedding day the beautiful and meaningful day that it was. She took some of our best photos from the day and was there for intimate moments, and I’m so glad it was her. I literally cannot say enough good things. HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend.
