John was extremely helpful. My engagement ring is somewhat unusual and a wedding band had to be custom made. They do most of their work on the premises but not custom jewelry. It was sent out to another vendor, along with my engagement ring, and John provided updates regularly. The ring did not arrive until two days before our wedding day but it turned out perfect. I purchased my husband's ring there as well and that was a very pleasant experience. I will definitely be getting my jewelry from them going forward. Excellent service.

I love their selection and they are extremely helpful. Their prices are great too. I damaged my engagement ring - luckily they were able to repair it. All the repairs are done on the premises. They don't send anything out. This is something that not a lot of jewlers still do. Most places ship it via Fedex or DHL to some other place. Not Foster Jewler, they take care of it right there. You can trust that everything will be done correctly and to your satisfaction. They even engraved our cake servers. In the future I will be purchasing other jewlery from them based on this experience.

Fosters has amazing service and prices! We bought my engagement ring, wedding band and earings for the wedding. They were very flexible on changing out the stones in the band, and John rushed to set my engagement ring so I would have it before they went on vacation for July 4th. Just top notch service!! Better then any mall jewelry store!
