Offering rapid testing at the door saved our wedding from cancellation. When I emailed them in a panic, they were calm and positive and helped me with clear next steps to get up and running. They even did a video chat with me to preview the wedding venue to confirm where an ideal pop-up testing location would be. Formation's organization and communication was excellent and leading up to and day-of the wedding. Everyone kept telling me how safe they felt at the wedding and how positive their experience was with the testing. I have now been to two weddings where Formation did the testing (one being my own) and both were tremendous successes. Formation Health was great to work with! They showed up half an hour before I asked them to so they could get set up and be ready before wedding attendees started arriving. They were super patient with the guests through explaining the process until calling out their name to let them know of their test results. We received a lot of feedback from guests that they felt so much more comfortable knowing that the people they were going to spend the next 4-6 hours with all tested negative for the rapid tests. Because we decided to incorporate the rapid tests, about 10 guests decided to come to both the outside ceremony and the indoor reception. Formation Health proved to be a true lifesaver for our wedding. We decided the week before the event to add an extra layer of precaution and administer rapid tests to all of our guests. Matt calmly and clearly guided us through the process on the Monday before the wedding and then worked with our venue to make sure everything was up and running in an organized fashion. Ours was a weekend wedding affair with guests arriving at different times, and Formation proved incredibly flexible and adept at handling the logistics around this.
