Forget Me Not Cake Shop is a bakery and wedding cake business based in Hobe Sound, Florida. Three generations ago, my wife's great-grandmother owned a bakery in New Jersey. Now, 100 years later, we created our cake shop. We honor our family by offering some signature cakes, such as Teapot's Tea Party, an Earl "Gray" tea cake with lemon filling and lavender frosting. Our passion is to create realistic floral cakes which are not only gorgeous but taste incredible. Each color palette is custom mixed to each client's exact needs. Our cakes feature two frostings to add texture and flavor variation. Our cakes have various flavor undertones to create depth.

We will only focus on one cake order at a time per weekend. This allows us to give each order the priority that each couple's wedding deserves. We work with each client to ensure that the color palette is perfectly suited for your special day, and custom mix all the colors per order. As our goal is to create realistic flowers and succulents, we will consult with you on the types and sizes of flowers, and how they will be incorporated into the unique style of your wedding reception. Our signature meringue frosting pairs perfectly with the frosting of the flowers offering a beautiful texture.

We offer cakes and cupcakes and can match the flowers and succulents to both to create a beautiful presentation. We invite all of our couples to select one of our three tasting and consultation package options. Prior to your tasting we will prepare a custom color palette based on your inspiration photos and prepare some flowers that match the aesthetics of your wedding plans. We use this time to really engage deeply with you both to discuss your vision of your cake and/or cupcake presentation to ensure we get it perfect for you on your wedding day.
