We hired Kate as our day of coordinator and I honestly can not and do not want to imagine what our day would have been like without her. She met us early on to discuss our needs, visited the site to make sure we were comfortable with details, and conducted our rehearsal ceremony. Day of, Kate was on site very early and stayed until the very end and managed everything perfectly. I'm an extremely picky person when it comes to details and how things are set up. I was definitely nervous about seeing how things were decorated, and I couldn't have been more pleased with how she was able to carry my vision to the T.

The next day, I learned of hiccups that happened on the day of, but Kate clearly did an excellent job as I had NO idea. She even researched places that I could donate my flowers to and took care of collecting and delivering them at the end of the night.
