Sara from Flush has been incredibly helpful throughout my entire wedding process. I am a COVID bride, so when plans changed, Sara was flexible with me and always incredibly responsive. When we decided to do a small wedding, Sara did not have any more 2 stall trailers, but was able to give me a 3 stall trailer at a discount, which meant the world to us! The trailer was BEAUTIFUL! It was a hot July day, and some guests hung out in the bathroom for an extra moment just to get the AC! There was music playing, and they were fully stocked and clean! We couldn't have asked for a better experience and know we will rent from Flush for all any future event!! Thanks to Sara and the Flush team for all of your help!

Very happy with our experience using Flush Services for our outdoor wedding! The man who delivered the trailer was super sweet and even went to get us an extension cord when it turned out ours wasn’t working! Highly recommend!

We had a very poor experience with Flush Services. Several concerns were expressed ahead of time about the ability to fit the stall where it was needed for our wedding, yet none were heeded and no one came out to check on the property to make sure they had the proper equipment/truck to get it in place. Getting the stall in place the day of delivery was a huge source of stress. Also, we were not provided the correct electrical cords to connect the trailer so that during the wedding, the fuse kept blowing on the unit, requiring several family members to miss portions of the wedding. When given the chance to make things right, Flush offered the equivalent of a corporate discount after this nightmare and have not responded to our dissatisfied correspondence. I would avoid this company, unless you want to risk complications the day of your wedding.

Flush services promised delivery on Friday before my wedding, and called that morning to give a window of 1-3pm. Jimmy called back at 2:30, saying it would be closer to 4. Then they called back at 3:30 and asked if they could bring it in the morning (on the day of my wedding). I said no, and they did bring it that night. They arrived and smelled like urine, but did appear clean. We used it for about an hour and a half on Friday, and then for 15 minutes of my reception cocktail hour and then they BROKE. No running water, limited flushing. We tried calling jimmy, and no one called us back until the next day. Jimmy said that usually when things like this happen there is another bathroom in a house or something people can use - umm why would I be renting a bathroom trailer then? He said he would call back after talking to his manager - that never happened. My father in law tried getting in touch, and it has been two months and we have not heard anything from them.

Do not use this vendor. Do not be lured by the relatively cheaper price tag. You will sorely regret it.
