The Event Company provides high quality rental equipment for events of all sizes and styles. After installing tents for seven years in Saratoga Springs, Taylor Hedges opened the Event Company in 1997. Over the past ten years, the company has continuously expanded and upgraded its equipment to offer the highest quality rentals for private parties, corporate events, weddings, and more.

At the Event Company, we take pride in our work, and do whatever it takes to provide seamless, attentive service. Plus, we’re very creative. We gladly cater to unusual requests and thrive under deadlines. We don’t just plunk down a tent and leave. We work with you to set a scene and create a mood that invites your guests to relax and enjoy.

    Reliable and timely

    This company was great to work with and provided great furnishings for the event. They setup a big clear tent which was perfect for a beautiful summer day. Everyone commented how great the setup was.

    We got married on June 18th 2016 at Spencer Peirce Little Farm. We worked with Missy at The Event Co. She was very helpful and accommodating as we made some last minute changes to our order. We'd recommend using this company for your tent rental.

    Our venue only deals with the Event Co so we didn't need to price shop. We were in constant contact with Missy throughout the planning process. She was an absolute dream to work with! Super quick to respond, understanding and patient. All of our upgrades were handled perfectly. The set up was beautiful. The flexibility about renting a porch enclosure and / or heaters was very helpful. The 10 day forecast leading up to our wedding was all over the place for rain and wind and temperature. We didn't want the porch enclosure if we didn't have to set it up so getting to delay the decision until 24 hours out was a huge help!
