    Great Service, Beautiful Setup

    We used Rent Tent for our wedding rentals. They are the only vendor allowed to set up tents at our venue, which was encouraging. Based on our venue’s faith in them, we knew that they would at least be trustworthy. They ended up exceeding expectations. Missy was great to work with throughout our planning and accommodated any tweaks that we made along the way. We got the floor plan design option and are so glad we did. That was a game changer - it helped us maximize the space in our tent and visualize how everything would look.

    Great experience!

    We were recommended The Event Company by our venue (House of the Seven Gables), and had a great experience with them. They were very accommodating with us, as we had to delay a couple of times due to the pandemic. Missy worked with us to plan out exactly what we’d need, including a very reasonably price to set up all the tables and chairs. We created our own seating plan, which they were able to execute exactly as we wanted. In the end, everything looked beautiful and set the stage for an amazing wedding reception.

    Transformed our yard!

    We're so thankful to the event co for making our backyard dream wedding a reality! The sailcloth tents made the setting look like a fairytale. The chairs, tables, and tents were all high quality. Missy was great to work with and flexible through covid reschedules. The team who set everything up were also amazing and made sure everything looked just right. Thank you Event co!

    Reliable and timely

    This company was great to work with and provided great furnishings for the event. They setup a big clear tent which was perfect for a beautiful summer day. Everyone commented how great the setup was.

    We got married on June 18th 2016 at Spencer Peirce Little Farm. We worked with Missy at The Event Co. She was very helpful and accommodating as we made some last minute changes to our order. We'd recommend using this company for your tent rental.

    Our venue only deals with the Event Co so we didn't need to price shop. We were in constant contact with Missy throughout the planning process. She was an absolute dream to work with! Super quick to respond, understanding and patient. All of our upgrades were handled perfectly. The set up was beautiful. The flexibility about renting a porch enclosure and / or heaters was very helpful. The 10 day forecast leading up to our wedding was all over the place for rain and wind and temperature. We didn't want the porch enclosure if we didn't have to set it up so getting to delay the decision until 24 hours out was a huge help!

    We had our ceremony on Good Harbor Beach in Gloucester so we rented 100 chairs from the event company. They were great with responses and very reasonably priced! They dropped the chairs off the day before and picked them up the day after!! Very helpful!

    My caterer arranged the rentals for me with The Event Co. and to the best of my knowledge everything went off without a hitch. We only needed tables since my venue came with chairs, they were a great price and I was happy with the service.

    Professional, Reliable, and Easy to Work With

    We rented tents, tables, chairs, lighting, flooring, and dance floor, etc. from The Event Co. for our wedding, and working with Missy was wonderful. She was responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the process. She knew our venue well, advised us on what would fit best, and even created our floor plan, which made setup seamless. The tents and all rentals were set up on time the day before and broken down the morning after with no issues, and everything looked fantastic. The only minor note is that using their floor plan software came at an extra cost, which felt a bit nickel-and-dime given the overall rental total, but it didn’t affect how smoothly everything ran on the day of. Overall, we were very happy with how everything looked and went.

    Professional, communicative, efficient!

    The Event Co was so great to work with for our backyard wedding - by not having our wedding at a traditional venue we had a long list of rental requirements that kept changing as we thought of more logistics. I sent Missy soooo many emails and she always responded within a day and updated our order about a million times. Taylor and his crew set up and cleaned up on time and efficiently and helped me decide on some last minute layout changes. It felt like we really got personal attention from everyone at The Event Co and that went a long way towards making our wedding planning process less stressful. Also the tent was beautiful and the whiskey barrel bar we rented was so fun!

    Missy was our sales rep and she was fantastic to work with. She was by far the most pleasant individual from a rental company. The pricing is competitive, and they allowed us to do a "fair weather" deposit in case of rain and cancellation. I couldn't recommend this company enough!

    The did our porch enclousure and set it upp way before I even got there and were very professoinal. We had a bit of a mishap, but they quickly corrected it and there were no problems!
