Tracey was an absolute joy to work with. She did the balloon decorations for the wedding at the NYYC in Rhode Island. She was incredibly responsive and on-point with everything before and during the wedding (her staff came and left so quietly/efficiently... it was a very professional job). From a design perspective, she was just the right amount of prescriptive in developing a vision, yet good about listening to our feedback and adjusting course. Finally, she was very pragmatic- she explained to us clearly what the options were based on marketing pricing/trends and came up with creative alternatives that helped us stay on budget.
