Arizona Nordic Village is a park venue located in Flagstaff, Arizona. Tucked away in the Coconino National Forest, this mountain retreat offers an idyllic destination for couples to disconnect from urban life and celebrate their love. Featuring scenic outdoor event spaces as well as camping, yurts, and more, newlyweds and their guests can spend an adventurous, relaxing getaway here. The park is located in the foothills of the San Francisco Mountains and just over an hour from Grand Canyon National Park.

Facilities and Capacity

Nestled in the rugged landscape of Northern Arizona, this venue is surrounded by towering ponderosa pine and aspen trees. It features outdoor event spaces that are suitable for events year-round. A short walk from the lodge you will find a beautiful open meadow, with a natural aspen arch, where ceremonies take place. The venue provides chairs for up to 250 guests, although you can rent more if you are hosting a larger celebration. For the reception, you and up to 250 of your loved ones can celebrate in the spacious pavilion tent. The 80'x40' pavilion tent offers coverage while giving you the opportunity to stay close to nature. There is also a large yurt (about 700 square feet) that is available for you to use. Additionally, your wedding package includes access to the Ponderosa Room, a cozy space where you can get ready for your event or even spend a night.

Arizona Nordic Village offers an array of services to accommodate weddings. Featuring necessities like tables, chairs, and sound equipment, you are free to coordinate the creative aspects of your special day. The venue operates on an open vendor policy so you can create your dream celebration. They are also available to provide vendor recommendations should you require them. To extend your celebration, you and your guests can rent a yurt, cabin, or campsite overnight and enjoy the park’s skiing, snowshoeing, and hiking trails.

Availability

Arizona Nordic Village wedding season runs from May 1st - October 31st. We do not offer weddings during our off season.
