great company I had mistakenly criticized this company when in fact it was another company. Great limos, friendly owner .

I enjoyed my day with Five Star they were the best. The driver Billy was great he made our day even better. We left some things at the house. He quickly returned to the house pick them up. Thanks Five Star or all your help.

Five Star Limousines was the only negative experience we had on our wedding day. Although Ken was very responsive during the planning process, everything fell apart the day of the wedding. First of all, I emailed him the morning of the wedding to let him know my phone wasn't working, so to call my Maid of Honor when he was near the hotel, so we could go out and meet him. We never received a call and were left looking for the limo for a few minutes. We still were only a few minutes late for the ceremony.
However, when we were done with the ceremony and were getting ready to get in the limo to get pictures before the reception, the limo was nowhere to be found. My bridal party kept calling Ken, who said he was on his way. When the limo arrived 20 minutes later, it was a different limo and a different driver!!! We had left all of our items in the limo, including a special bottle of champagne (one from the night my now-husband got the night he proposed). Well our bags were in the limo, but the champagne was not! We asked our new driver to call back to get the champagne and all Ken could offer was to buy us another bottle of champagne. When our new driver couldn't get the answer we wanted, my sister called him up and gave him an earful! Eventually she made him meet up with us at the photo location (he was in the original limo-still no explanation on that) with the special champagne. He offered to give us the rest of the night for free (we had originally only booked the limo to drop us off at the reception), which we definitely accepted.
Even though I had prepaid the tip (20%) and the rest of the night was supposed to make up for our horrible experience, the driver hounded my sister for a tip, which she didn't give...however, after we got back from our honeymoon, we found we were overcharged by $90 for the night, which I'm guessing was for the tip the driver didn't receive. We are in the process of disputing that charge currently.

When my husband booked the limo it was a great price. We waited for the itinerary which we never got so the driver was not aware prior to how many stops she would make. When our limo first arrived to pick myself up along with my bridesmaids the driver was nice and I didn't notice any type of attitude or issues with her. We got into the limo and lucky for us it was a beautiful day outside because the A/C did not work and there were broken air vents. The limo went to pick up my husband and demanded $55, we already paid 95% of the service and the $55 was her TIP which they require 20%. We were told $45 over the phone so I only put that amount into her envelope. My husband states she didnt seem that nice about not receiving all the money she was expecting. This was not pleasant to hear since we were told her would be getting pai $35 an hour anyway! At this point I was clueless to any problems until the end of the night. We booked the limo until 1130 PM and when we went to get into the limo around 1055 the driver was in a bad mood. She refused to make any room in the trunk to put things in and was giving my friends who were helping me a hard time. She refused to take some of our family members home which was on the way to drop off other family members. There was an argument between my uncle and the driver who refused to take him. We did pay for her until 1130 and it was not noted WHO she would and would NOT take home. My uncle had to get a ride from someone from the venue! I would NEVER use this limo service I would rather WALK to my ceremony!
