I got married on March 25,2023 and I want to say Thank you so much to Misty Miller/ Finishing Touch Events! Misty and her team are truly the dream team and we couldn’t be happier that we were able to work with her for our special day. She helped all of our wedding dreams come true. I am very indecisive but she was always very patient, responsive, and is in the know with the most fabulous trends. Misty/ Finishing Touch was ALWAYS on point answering back to emails, calls, changes and any of my concerns. Very detailed checklist to help keep the bride, groom and entire bridal party on the right track. It was a super big plus that she is a professional florist as well! We absolutely recommend her without hesitation! Thank you to all the vendors as well! You guys are incredible! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Misty is the best! Look no further for brides that need a partner in crime to execute their vision. She is responsive, has awesome ideas, is extremely open to feedback, and a master of day of execution. I felt completely at ease that Misty would deliver day of, and she did. She relieved all stress from me, answered my million questions and requests, and made sure the space was clean late night after our reception. All that aside, Misty’s team is so kind and genuine. I highly recommend Misty and her team!

Brides, use Misty. I didn't "shop" coordinators - Misty was just suggested through the Mill in Lebanon so I used her but I could not have made a better choice. I had a relatively long engagement (a year and a half) and I booked Misty soon after we got engaged. We did the day of coordination and drapery from Misty. We didn't talk to her for a couple of months at a time at first (since it was such a long engagement) but I could reach out to her anytime with questions during that whole time! Once we got closer to the day, Misty and I were emailing back and forth almost daily and I was giving her all the information on the wedding and asking her all the questions. Misty was super responsive and made sure every question was answered thoroughly. I never felt lost or torn on a decision after discussing it with her. She set up about a 3 hour call a month out where we talked about what felt like every tiny detail of the wedding. This call was amazing because it really helped roadmap what was left for me and gave me a to do list for the next 30 days.

Now on to the wedding day.. I didn't do anything. I went to the bridal suite, hung out with my girls drinking mimosas and getting ready. During that time, Misty was working her butt off turning my dreams into reality. I would like say I was a relaxed bride for the most part, and tried to let the professionals do their jobs! I gave Misty my vision, but also told her to make decisions or change things as she saw fit. One example would be we had "fishbowl vases" that I was imagining pinecones in with greenery around it. She flipped this putting the winter greens in the vase and the pinecones on the outside making it 100x prettier than I was picturing. Same with some effiel tower vases. I was picturing branches, pearl twigs, etc mixed together in one. Misty decided to bunch them together and do one type in each - gorgeous! Another true benefit to using Misty is you are able to use her decor at no price - as long as you are hiring her for her services. This saved us tons of money!! Not to mention, the day of she brought a whole bridal emergency kit that had everything you could thing of. It saved us more than once.

The drapery! I got married in an old sheep mill. I love the history, but I didn't love the dark room. Misty was able to really bring the room to life! Making the room feel like a true winter wonderland with all her beautiful drapery work! There was another bride who was getting a few similar things done for the next weekend, and she allowed us to split the cost on those things to save us a little money!

Speaking of money, I don't think I could put a price on what Misty did for me that day, but the price she puts is well worth the cost.

There are so many other things I could rave about - the fact that she managed the rehearsal amazingly, she worked with us when it came to times to get into the suites, she made sure every single vendor had a timeline (all my vendors were even impressed by this.) I could go on and on. There is literally nothing negative I could say - she was absolutely amazing!!

Misty is very responsive and has great advice for everything wedding related. She helps you stay on your feet when planning and makes you feel like family.

Misty Saved our wedding day!!!

Misty was a GODSEND!! Not only was she completely professional and made sure all of the details came together, but she also managed to keep me, the bride, in line with my personal goals for the day. Given that I am usually in charge, that is no easy feat. If we have another event (hopefully not another wedding) I will be begging for her help. My husband has said more than once that she was worth so much more than the money spent. Thanks, Misty, for making our day not only memorable but smooth, as stress free as possible, and just plain easy! From organization to drapes to details, you simply rock!

Misty is FABULOUS and was the best find out of all of my vendors! She was recommended to me by a co-worker, and we hired her as a day of coordinator. Not only was Misty budget friendly, but she went over and beyond all of my expectations. I wouldn't have had a seamless wedding day without her. Not only was I able enjoy my ceremony and reception because I knew she had everything under control, but she was a great extra set of eyes to double check that we had every detail confirmed/thought of before the wedding. Misty also took the time to meet with me and my venue again, when we had to postpone and re-plan our wedding due to covid and social distancing, as we had so many last minute changes.

Misty made this day so easy and smooth. She decorated the venue, put together all the flower arrangements, and made sure every last detail was planned! There are so many little things you don’t think about and she made sure nothing was overlooked. The day was completely stress free. HIGHLY recommend!!

I am not sure of the words to say about Misty Miller and Finishing Touch. Fantastic, Terrific, Awesome…They all fit. We hired Misty to completely coordinate/plan my daughter’s wedding. Best Idea Ever. From our first meeting, we knew we had made the right choice. Misty is truly knowledgeable about everything wedding, but she is also willing to work with your ideas. She wants your day to meet your vision. She helped with contracting all our vendors. She even got us some discounts with vendors that she uses often. Misty handled everything for the décor including the flowers. She is a brilliant floral designer on top of her other talents. She really saved us concerning Covid-19. We had to postpone the wedding twice. She handled everything in working with the vendors to make date changes. That alone was worth every penny we paid. Her prices are very reasonable considering what she does for you. There are lots of planner/coordinators out there but using Misty and Finishing Touch will make you feel at ease in a time of much stress. She takes the burden off the bride and handles the legwork for you. We truly feel like she is family to us now. Choose her and you will never be sorry you did.

Misty was an absolute Godsend to my husband and me. We hired her as our Day-Of coordinator, and my only regret is not letting her coordinate the whole wedding! She was extremely knowledgeable, always available to answer my many questions, and she went above and beyond to make us feel like guests at our own wedding. She was able to take the jumbled ideas in my brain and bring them to life, creating an absolutely beautiful ceremony and reception. She set up and decorated each table and the aisle, as well as providing drapery and lighting. My husband and I STILL talk about how Misty/Finishing Touch was the best decision we made for our big day. Worth every penny and more!!
