We had our reception in the auditorium. The room itself is huge and has beautiful windows and floors. We dressed it up a bit on our own, and the result was amazing. The room provided ample space for my 120 guests as well as the caterer, and we set up the hallway as a lounge area. The staff was very helpful and extremely friendly.

The Fenton Community Center is a beautiful historic venue with gorgeous high ceilings and wood floors that are lovely to dance on! The staff was very helpful by setting up the room as we requested.

The location was great. The building was beautiful and it had the perfect set up. The only thing was there was limited decoration because we were not allowed to hang anything put my mom was wonderful and maybe it wonderful anyways. Also we were told we had to be out by one well at midnight the janitors came in and started taking tables and put them up. They took our things off the tables and put pushed them aside and then were loud and rude while slamming the tables together and dragging them out of the room! My husband and I were gone but this made the other guest upset and my mom and mother in law stressed!!!

This place was a disaster. Not only is it not a very attractive place, but it has very, very outdated decorations, and half the place is falling apart. They didn't do what was in our contract (ie, nothing was set up like they said it would be, there was nobody there to help us in the morning when we showed up) 4 days before the wedding, I received a call telling me that some caterer was going to be in the banquet room the morning of my wedding from 7-12 (even though our contract said the room was ours from 8 AM to 1 AM., The morning of, we got there and our tables and sound system was not set up like we were told it would be. When we tried to get in contact with someone to tell us where the tables were, none of the staff answered their phones.
It was a complete disaster, and I will never use them again.
On top of all that, I still haven't received my deposit back.
