Amber and Company made all of us SO beautiful! They did hair and makeup at our home for the bride, 5 bridesmaids and the mother of the bride. We each looked a little like each other, but with changes for each of our preferences. They came to the house and were fun and efficient and did a glorious job of making us pretty! You couldn't ask for more or better!

Thanks so much to the wonderful staff and stylists at Felger and Friends, especially Joy and Evee. I had the pleasure of getting my bridal portrait makeup and hair done with them and then again for my bridal party of 9 girls. They made us feel so comfortable and at home. It was such a fun and relaxing day at the salon and everyone in the wedding party turned out so beautiful.

I used Felger & Friends for my makeup and hair for both an engagement shoot as well as my actual wedding. The work that they did was outstanding and I would highly recommend that any one use them for...anything! Amber Council was my hair stylist and makeup artist and she was awesome to work with. She has a great personality.

I went to Amber originally last October for a makeup trial that I scheduled on the same day as my engagement shoot. I know next to nothing about makeup and wear very little on a day to day basis so she had her hands full with trying to figure out exactly what I wanted. I described to her my vision for my wedding and my personal style and she just did her thing. I wore my hair down, simply curled and the curl and style lasted for hours through our shoot. My makeup was fairly simple but airbrushed and it also lasted the entire shoot and felt light and natural. The photos turned out amazing!

I went back to Amber a few months later for an official hair trial and she knocked it out of the park yet again. I took just a few photos to show her and she somehow melded all of my ideas together in to an amazing up-do that just made me swoon!

The only thing that outdid this was the hair she did on my actual wedding day. She generally stuck with the same concept but fancied it up a little and it was truly unbelievable. I can't tell you how many people oohed and awed over my hair that day! My makeup for the wedding was outstanding as well. After the seeing the engagement photos I had more of an idea of what I wanted...definitely more natural but still fabulous. She toed that line very well and made me look gorgeous with flawless skin but yet still very...me. I used airbrush makeup again for the wedding and also got false eyelashes which were SO worth it. I felt more beautiful that day than any other my entire life and Amber had so much to do with that.

I had the pleasure of having Amber do my hair and makeup for my wedding day. I find myself super lucky to have found her one day while checking out venues and getting her card because she was everything I needed in a makeup/hair artist and more. I don't think there is enough space to truly explain how amazing she is as well as her team. The first time I met Amber was for my trial run which was also doubling as my hair and makeup for my bridal portraits. I showed Amber pictures of what I was looking for as well as describing how I usually do my hair and makeup. She not only understood me completely, she truly took to heart what I was looking for and delivered it beyond my expectations! She even suggested to me doing a slight half crown of baby's breath to help break up my very dark hair which turned out to be amazing and something I went with for the day of my wedding. As for the day of my wedding the team at Felger and Friends really took care of all of my bridesmaids, my mom, and my new mother in law. Amber even took it upon herself to help fix my mom up after we weren't completely satisfied with the first try that we had with a different girl. She helped my mom who couldn't decided on what she wanted and steered her in the direction she needed to make sure she looked fabulous as well. Overall, I feel like Felger and Friends was the perfect choice for all of us and I'm so happy and grateful we went there for my wedding day. I only feel sad now that I moved out of state and can't become one of Amber's regulars as that is how much I adore her.
