Farmhouse 1905

Farmhouse 1905 is a premier rustic wedding venue located in the greater Waco area. We are situated on 10 acres of rolling hills in Moody, TX, and are only 12 miles from Waco.

As the name suggests, the most prominent feature of this venue is a charming 3,704 square foot historic farmhouse located at the end of a tree-lined drive. In addition to the farmhouse itself, the venue is also comprised of a charming 1100 sq ft one-bedroom, one-bathroom lakehouse with a concrete patio and a wooden deck overlooking the lake, and a an indoor / outdoor barn that is ideal for a ranch wedding!

The Farmhouse is the perfect venue for couples looking for a balance between a private homely venue and l expansive outdoor space. The venue is flexible in offering both indoor and outdoor event spaces to host their event(s); with an indoor barn capable of hosting 250+ seated and an outdoor space capable of holding 1000+ amongst its large meadows, peaceful lake and beautiful sunset.

The Farmhouse has a full-size kitchen, living and dining room, 5 bedrooms with accomodation for 14 guests It features a large wrap around porch giving you and your wedding party a spectacular view of the lake and the meadows. Additionally the venue also has a Lakehouse with 2 rooms (accomodation for 4 guests ) a full kitchen and a lovely deck to enjoy the views of the lake and the land. Both the Farnhouse and the Lakehouse offer comfort and luxury to you and your wedding party as you get ready for your big day!

The barn offers a large open area style space, giving couples a blank canvas for their dream weddings . A blend of rustic and modern accents, with high ceilings, a warm and inviting lighting scheme, large overhead doors for a ton of natural light,

A fire pit, along with a rustic pergola, a outdoor table on fence make for a wonderful outdoor cocktail area, or a space to dance the night away. The venue also has several cows and a few horses that graze amongst the meadows and the lake adding to atmosphere of an amazing and memorable ranch wedding!
