First of all... The Falls family is so involved in every purchase, so you know you're getting the best in the business when you work with them. They put their heart and soul into each piece. Secondly, their Jeweler, John takes time to answer any questions you may have. John has been in this industry longer than I've been alive and his work SHOWS that. Last, the front office "sales staff" is just incredible! They genuinely make it their mission to help each person who walks through the door, regardless of budget, etc. We just love it here and will continue to purchase all of our jewelry from them.
