Hiring Ashley and team as our month-of coordinator was one of the best decisions we made. They were incredibly easy to work and communicate with and stepped in seamlessly to ensure every detail was thoughtfully managed. On the wedding day, they handled everything flawlessly behind the scenes, allowing us to be fully present and truly enjoy every moment. Because of them, the entire day felt smooth, organized, and completely stress-free.

We had the unfortunate luck of dealing with rain on our wedding day. Ashley answered all our questions leading up to the big day and assured us she could handle any weather scenario. As it happened, it rained during the hour before our ceremony. While we had already shifted to holding the ceremony inside, just before we were about to start, the rain cleared. Ashley made the quick decision (with our buy-in) to move the ceremony back outside and coordinated with the venue and other vendors to make it happen. We had the most beautiful ceremony where the clouds parted and the sun shone down on us. I couldn't have asked for anything better.

Additionally, Ashley remained extremely calm throughout the day and shielded us from considerable stress. I found out after the wedding that the cake had been missing for a few hours and that one of our vendors was resistant to moving the ceremony outside. I had no idea at the time and am very thankful for that. Because of the rain, we did lose some time during cocktail hour, but Ashley adjusted the reception schedule on the fly so we could still capture all the photos and experiences we had wanted. She’s a great communicator and was always prioritizing our needs throughout the day despite all the uncertainty.

On top of all this, Ashley was an invaluable resource during the entire wedding planning process. She patiently answered all my long, rambling emails about everything from seating charts to shuttle schedules. As a day-of coordinator, I feel this support went above and beyond.

If you need a wedding coordinator, Ashley is the person to call. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Ashley was an enormous help for my wife and I as we planned our wedding! We live abroad and came back home only a few weeks before our wedding, but Ashley still managed to help us stay on track in the months leading up to the wedding, coordinate with all our vendors as it got closer, and manage all the little details on the day-of!

We live in California and were traveling the world for 6 months prior to our wedding, and she totally held down the down fort for us to make our Vermont wedding possible. She helped us lock in all our major vendors within a 5-6 week period, about 14-15 months before our wedding- this included setting up all our venue tours, helping us lock in our final venue option, gathering photography portfolios, catering options and so much more- which is WAY faster than we could've done ourselves, and then we got to slow roll the rest.
