I want to assure you that I'm doing everything to ensure your safety when you sit in my chair for makeup services. I'm more vigilant than ever. I'm adopting extra hygiene practices regarding safety and health, as this now a nonnegotiable part of makeup application. You can expect Face Affairs to be decked out in masks, gloves, face shields, and using disposables as much as I can.

Brought my beauty vision to life!
I am so happy to have met Bo! From our first email exchange and phone calls, I felt heard and appreciated. Bo was a very consistent artist, so I knew on the day my makeup would be perfect! As a multiracial, Black and White woman it was important that I found someone who would be able to make EVERYONE in my family look their best. Bo was able to work with a variety of skin tones to have us all looking our best! Bo provided a friendly and relaxed atmosphere and took great precautions during COVID-19. My 1940s pinup, glam look was brought to life! The makeup didn't feel heavy or over done and stayed put the whole day.. I looked like the best version of me on my wedding day and I loved it!!

Simply Amazing
Bo does AMAZING Work! She managed to make my entire Bridal Party, to include the MOM's, look like we stepped out of a Fairytale.
She was timely, friendly, and had a Great Since of Humor.
Her eye is spot for creating unbelievable transformations and she is well-versed in her CRAFT.
Her prices were economical, she was responsive, and she was very flexible.

Hire Face Affairs!
Bo is an incredible makeup artist and hiring her was one of the best decisions you can make for your wedding day! She is so supremely talented and brings a clear passion and expertise to her work. From the very beginning, Bo worked with me for the makeup vision I had and day-of, she brought it to life and then some! She is so talented, personable, and accommodating, that I cannot recommend her enough. Everything went smoothly with her coming to our getting ready location (we also had a second artist which was great as we had several people getting ready at once) and everyone was ready right on time. I was also looking for someone who was able to do makeup for people with different skin tones, and Bo met and exceeded that expectation as well. I would absolutely recommend Face Affairs for your big day, you will not be disappointed!

Wonderful Experience - She is the best
I was completely wowed by her expertise. She is punctual, professional and excellent at makeup application. She is responsive and wants to know what vision you have for your makeup and she executes exactly what you had in mind. She communicates throughout the makeup process, making sure you see the look coming together. She has earned my complete trust and confidence and will be the only make up artist I work with.

Exceptional
I had hired Face Affairs for both my bridal shower and my wedding day. From our first encounter she was very professional with getting to know my desired makeup for both occasions. She was very punctual with both events and I felt like my comfort level and how I look was her top priority. The makeup was exceptional and accentuated my look for the photographs. I remember the amazement on my groom and guest faces as I walked down the aisle. Would definitely use Face Affairs again to do my makeup. Overall, a talented makeup artist that is professional and goes out of her way to ensure that the customer is completely satisfied.

More than a MUA!
Upon my initial conversation with Bo I knew that she was the MUA I had been in search of! She was very thorough in explaining to me her process and how she likes to take her time to give her bride the desired look she wants to achieve. Once I had my makeup trial it was no surprise to see that her skills were unmatched! I even returned a few days later to have her do my Bridal Shower makeup. Bo truly went above and beyond for me on my wedding day ... she even helped me put on my wedding dress when my maid of honor was running behind and stayed to touch up my makeup after my first look. I truly appreciate how seriously she takes her art and ensuring that you look your best on the most important day of your life. Im so happy that I found her! Thanks Bo!

Amazing Makeup!
Bo is amazing! She treats you so well! Whether you know makeup or not, she is willing to work with you regardless. I booked her for my wedding look, and she was with me from start to finish! Even helping me and reassuring through it all! If I had a suggestion, she wouldn’t just ignore me and think her way was the only way. She would consider it and try it. If it didn’t work, she would explain why (I love that). And she made sure both of us were satisfied with the look before I left the chair! I looked so beautiful, and New Husband agreed too!
