Great Day of Wedding Coordinator

Brittany was a wonderful coordinator on our special day. She was timely with her communication and really took her time to understand what we wanted for our day. She was a calming presence that kept us organized and on schedule. She did a lot of behind the scenes work so that we did not have to worry about logistical details during our wedding. Highly recommend having her come to your rehearsal - she ran the show which took a lot of stress off of the bride. She worked well with all our vendors and mitigated family's responsibilities to allow them to enjoy the day. Truly appreciate all of her help making our wedding amazing!

So Helpful!

Brittany was our saving grace! We could not recommend hiring Brittany more! Brittany was always 10 steps ahead of us and made sure everything ran smoothly. She is organized and efficient. She was able to handle our tight timeline at multiple venues with multiple vendors. Your wedding day flies by and we highly recommend hiring Brittany so you can fully be present.

Wonderful experience!

My husband and I had a great experience with Brittany at Every Detail Counts. We had biweekly meetings to go over wedding details and she would join all other vendor calls to make sure she had everything in order. I could rely on Brittany to keep everything straight! She made it so we could enjoy our wedding day rather than worry about little details. Brittany was extremely professional, helpful, organized, and personal about our experience. Our wedding was truly perfect thanks to Brittany's expertise!

The best hire!

If you are searching for a day-of wedding coordinator, my husband and I cannot recommend Brittany enough. Brittany was great to work with and made sure that all of the details were sorted going into the wedding. Since none of our families had planned a wedding, we were especially grateful for details she thought of that we didn't!

One of the comments we received after our wedding from a guest was that he'd "never been to a wedding where nothing went wrong". Brittany singlehandedly is the reason why our wedding day went so well! We'd hire her again in an instant!

Brittany means Every Detail Counts!

Brittany was as our wedding Day of Coordinator in June 2023, and we couldn’t be happier with her service! Confident and well organized, she was excellent at maintaining time lines and keeping the wedding party and guests to the schedule. Brittany was very receptive to our special requests, embraced our vision and guided the event to ensure we got the most out of the day. She anticipates potential issues and takes proactive steps to mitigate the situation. Furthermore, she takes a creative initiative to ensure ‘every detail counts’, whether it was repurposing our ceremony flowers at the reception or making sure the reception space was set up exactly as we had wanted. She was referred to us and now we would like to refer her to all.

Cannot Recommend This Service Enough!

I didn't think I needed this service! My fiance insisted we spend the money and hire a day of coordinator. I am SOOO glad I did! Brittany was well worth it! Brittany implemented our plans and ideas flawlessly! There were zero hiccups at our wedding. (Well if there were hiccups Brittany just handled it!) Brittany was responsive to messages throughout the planning process and made suggestions of things we hadn't even thought of! She took care of all the details and kept us on track so that we could enjoy our wedding day! I received lots of compliments from guests about their experience with Brittany for her professionalism. Hire Every Detail Counts AND Brittany--you will not be disappointed!!
