EventsBySarahKY is a wedding planning company based out of Wilmore, Kentucky. Since 2017, owner and chief planner Sarah Cleaver has delighted in bringing couples' dreams to life. She completed her qualifications in event planning at The New York Institute of Art and Design. Ever since, she has had the pleasure of collaborating with numerous to-be-weds to curate unique and special occasions.

Sarah is the reason my wife and I didn't lose our minds leading up to the wedding. The most important thing to know about working with Sarah is understanding how she will treat you: she is kind, hardworking, reliable, and supportive. She makes sure that you have everything that you need leading up to your big day, and takes excellent care of you before, during, and after your wedding. Sarah will make you feel loved and like you are family. From a more detailed standpoint, Sarah created a day of timeline for us that was detailed down to 5 minute increments, accounting for everything from exact arrival and departure times, to when exact moments would occur during the ceremony and reception, to accounting for certain guests arriving early. She handled every fire that popped up, including getting us a discount from a vendor that dropped the ball. She took care of keeping us on track for all our special moments during reception as well. Sarah is very detail oriented, she will advocate on your behalf, and she will not let anyone interrupt your perfect day.

Sarah made the day go by smoothly. A mark of a great event planner is the event going great and not knowing they were there. They were so helpful and kind. They were present in the right moments. As a bridesmaid, I felt that they were able to give the bride and groom the best day ever.

Wedding Planner in Lexington, KY Area
Sarah was so amazing! Every detail that I didn't want to handle or even know about - Sarah handled quietly and behind the scenes so I was not stressed (or my daughter - who was the bride)! She rocked everything from all the vendors to clean up and everything in-between! She is kind and thoughtful! She wants your special day to be the best and she ensures it is! My daughter didn't think we needed a wedding planner but I told her, "Oh YES we do!" We hired Sarah for "Day Of Planner" and it was worth it a million times over! Sarah worked with my daughter in the few sessions leading up to the wedding to make sure it was what my daughter wanted down to the small details! Thank you Sarah for being easy going, not in your face planner, flexible, doing what the bride wants, and overall AMAZING! Do not bother to look for another planner! Sarah is who you want!
