From the first time I reached out to inquire, she was extremely responsive and communicative, which put us at ease during a process that can sometimes feel stressful. To start, Amber’s planning portal was extremely detailed and helpful for us, who had no idea where to start planning our wedding. It included spreadsheets for things like our guest list, planning checklist, vendor contact list, etc. It helped us think about things we didn’t even have on our radar. Amber’s vendor suggestions were all excellent, which was extremely helpful because we were overwhelmed by all the choices when just googling vendors in our area. When we got closer to the wedding, she started attending some of our vendor meetings with us, asking questions to ensure we had everything covered (again - things we didn’t have on our radar). Despite having other weddings/clients, she somehow remembered every single detail of our wedding without skipping a beat. Amber’s organization skills were extremely impressive (coming from a type A, organized person!).

On the day of, we didn’t think or stress about a single detail because of Amber and her amazing assistant! She worked seamlessly with all of our other vendors. Amber was very attentive and showed care in the way she approached helping us prepare for our wedding. While we only utilized her as a wedding coordinator, she was willing to work with us beyond her role and responsibilities. She was also willing to provide resources and make suggestions that helped us secure our vendors and also close the gap on understanding how to navigate our special day. There were challenges with our specific situation because we were a long distance couple and could not readily be as attentive to certain aspects of our wedding but Amber helped mitigate some of the stresses of that. Overall, we would recommend her and her teams services.

Amber and her team was amazing to work with. She is very organized, methodical, detailed oriented, and helped us to keep focus on the most critical items first. My only hesitation was that I hadn’t ever used a planner before, but I am glad I got over that quickly. I was immediately drawn to the ease of contacting Amber, so that was a win for me.
