Amber at Events with Ambiance was our wedding coordinator and I can’t say enough great things about working with her! From the first time I reached out to inquire, she was extremely responsive and communicative, which put us at ease during a process that can sometimes feel stressful. Amber always brought positive energy and it was clear she has a lot of experience and knew what she was doing. To start, Amber’s planning portal was extremely detailed and helpful for us, who had no idea where to start planning our wedding. It included spreadsheets for things like our guest list, planning checklist, vendor contact list, etc. It helped us think about things we didn’t even have on our radar. Amber’s vendor suggestions were all excellent, which was extremely helpful because we were overwhelmed by all the choices when just googling vendors in our area. When we got closer to the wedding, she started attending some of our vendor meetings with us, asking questions to ensure we had everything covered (again - things we didn’t have on our radar). Despite having other weddings/clients, she somehow remembered every single detail of our wedding without skipping a beat. Amber’s organization skills were extremely impressive (coming from a type A, organized person!).

On the day of, we didn’t think or stress about a single detail because of Amber and her amazing assistant! She worked seamlessly with all of our other vendors. If anything went wrong during the wedding, we still have no idea because she handled everything so we could enjoy our wedding day fully.
