Michelle did an amazing job as our Wedding Day coordinator! I was a DIY bride who thought I could do it all myself...and thank goodness I didn't have to...Im not sure I would have made it down the aisle without all of Michelle's help. My husband and I thought that the added expense of a wedding day coordinator was not one that we needed since my type A personality is strong and I had made and planned everything down to the last second. However, about 2 weeks before the big day I started to fall apart with stress & worry that I wasn't going to be able to handle everything. And a lot of people who had promised to help me the day of also started flaking out one by one. A close friend of ours noticed my anxiety and thankfully referred us to the wonderful and amazing Michelle Thornton! I wasn't sure anyone would be willing to help me at such late notice but she really came through. I gave her all of our decorations and our timeline, etc and as I was telling her the list of things for her to handle and what I myself was going to handle she said "no, no no, you let ME do all of that too. Your only worry is to focus on being a beautiful bride that day!". I was a bit reluctant to hand over everything I had been planning for over a year at the last minute but I let go of it and Michelle executed everything that day just as I had hoped and probably a million times better than I would have. Once she took over for me, I finally started to feel EXCITED for my wedding instead of weighed down by the stress of it. She set up everything herself, directed all of my vendors and all of the wedding party as well. I don't think a single person bothered me with any questions because she made herself be known to everyone that she was the go to gal for the day and to let me enjoy my wedding. I had no idea all of the little things that needed to happen that day and all of the small details someone would have to handle. She even cut our cake which I'm still not sure who would have done.
