Hi, I’m Michele, the founder and creative force behind Events by Michele LLC.

My passion for events began in high school, when I started working part-time as a waitress for a Jewish catering company. What began as a first job quickly became the foundation of a career I would grow to love. As I gained experience, I advanced into event coordination, learning firsthand what it takes to bring an event together—from setup and guest service to vendor coordination, client communication, décor, finances, and overseeing every detail from beginning to end.

Today, I bring that same hands-on experience to my role as an Operations Coordinator and Associate Director for multiple associations, where I oversee meetings, conferences, programs, workshops, and special events from planning through execution. My expertise includes venue and vendor management, negotiations, budgeting, timelines, logistics, onsite coordination, and ensuring every detail comes together seamlessly.

In 2024, I took my passion for events one step further and launched Events by Michele LLC, bringing my years of professional event experience into the world of weddings and social celebrations.

I understand that planning a wedding is about so much more than choosing flowers, selecting a venue, or creating a timeline. It is about you—your story, your personality, your family, and the experience you want to create for the people you love.

My approach is personal, organized, and detail-driven. I take the time to understand your vision, then work behind the scenes to turn that vision into a celebration that feels effortless and authentically yours. From full-service wedding planning and décor coordination to day-of management and those finishing touches that make a celebration truly special, I am there to make sure no detail is overlooked.

And then comes my favorite moment—the moment when a couple walks into their reception, sees everything they envisioned right in front of them, and realizes their dream has become a reality.
