Yvonne quickly problem solved and ensured the new replacement manager was up to speed. The day of the wedding she came to the bride’s suite and ensured hair and make-up was on track. Her and her assistant executed the decor and set-up exactly how we envisioned. The night of the wedding couldn’t have gone as smoothly without her. She MADE our night. When we were trying to decide on a photo location for couple's portraits between the ceremony and reception, Yvonne got in her own car and drove around Westchester, made calls, and scouted out some gorgeous options for us. Her eagle eye while scoping out locations on Instagram is the reason we were able to do our portraits at Sleepy Hollow Lighthouse - which had previously looked like it was closed due to nearby construction!

Yvonne went above and beyond in every way I can think of. She made detailed timelines and packing lists. Throughout the day if I felt even the slightest bit stressed, she immediately picked up on it and found a way to alleviate it. She was a kind familiar face, guiding us and accompanying us every step of the way without being intrusive whatsoever. Six weeks before the wedding, she took over communications with our venue and other vendors to offload our to-do list. She advocated for our needs and wants and helped us execute our vision like a dream come to life.

I think one of the greatest things she contributes to every couple's wedding day is staying to the end of the reception to ensure all personal items are accounted for - she actually packed our car up for us as we said our goodbyes.
