When we started wedding planning, we genuinely thought we could do it ourselves. But as we continued planning, we realized we were not an organized couple and needed help. We found Kawinthi, our SAVIOR, who helped us navigate covid, vendors, themes, planning, etc. She got us ready for our scheduled wedding day and then for our rescheduled wedding day because of covid. She makes it looks easy but we can only imagine it took a lot of hours of emails and phone calls to get everything so organized. Kawinthi did an amazing job making sure our day went off without a hitch. We were one of the couples that thought we could do all the planning ourselves and didn't hire a planner... until 2 months before our wedding when we realized we didn't know how to handle/ didn't have time for all of the detail tasks. Kawinthi swooped in and worked within our budget to take care of everything leading up to the wedding in the last couple of months. She was able to come in and understand our vision and take over immediately, she took over contact with all of our vendors and even sourced chargers for our head table that we couldn't find anywhere, there wasn't a detail that she was not on top of. At the rehearsal and the wedding, Kawinthi really shined, she made sure that we were not bothered by anything that may have gone wrong in the background and was able to make decisions for us in our best interest. I can't say enough about how much Kawinthi has done for us in planning our wedding and making sure it went off without a hitch. She has helped us create a two event wedding ceremony / reception during covid times. She was instrumental in finding the best vendors to fit our specific needs for our backyard wedding ceremony. She also created a super helpful list of venues for our future reception, and spent a full weekend scoping out our top picks with us. She was regularly in touch with us throughout the whole planning process. The week of the event, the weather was not looking good. She went as far as to create multiple contingency plans, even contacting all of our vendors on our behalf to consider the possibility of changing the date of our ceremony! The day of the wedding was absolutely perfect! She and her team worked tirelessly to turn our backyard into the most beautiful wedding venue I could have ever asked for. Her eye for design is unmatched, and she created a beautiful scene that not only met but surpassed our expectations. She truly went above and beyond to make sure I was not the least bit stressed the day of. She covered all the small details so I didn't have to! Hands down, hiring Kawinthi was the best decision we made when planning our wedding! I look forward to continuing our work together for the reception!

It would be impossible for us to look back on our wedding without feeling incredibly thankful to have had Kawinthi with us every step of the way. As a day-of coordinator, Kawinthi’s professionalism and organization gave us confidence that all of the moving pieces of our wedding would go smoothly, so that we could truly not worry about a thing, and allowed us to truly enjoy and experience our special day. I don’t know how Kawinthi works her magic, but on our wedding day, I felt no stress at all and had complete confidence that everything was going to be okay! We had mentioned to Kawinthi from the beginning that we wouldn't be postponing due to Covid, and would instead have our special day as scheduled. She jumped at the opportunity to make it happen. With each consultation, she always made us feel more comfortable and confident that the day would go flawlessly.

As a day-of coordinator in this Covid environment, Kawinthi also helped with our virtual guest experience by seamlessly transitioning the ceremony space into the first dance space; making each feel unique. She even incorporated our baseball themed elements creatively into the day.

We had the most perfect day and couldn't have asked for more, and we owe that to Kawinthi! For anyone deciding to work with a coordinator or not, we can't speak highly enough of Kawinthi. We had been planning a wedding for 18 months before Covid and Kawinthi was able to jump in in the final few months to bring our new plans to life and transform it into the perfect day. If that's not a true coordinator, I don't know what it is.

Kawinthi is the most awesome, talented event planner ever! After downsizing our June wedding celebration to ~25 people and moving to a smaller venue just 5 months before our date, we decided to hire her to help with all the moving pieces and help build our “vision,” which we hadn’t been able to put together ourselves. Throughout the whole process, Kawinthi was super organized, friendly, reachable, and always there to help! She took all of our random and scattered ideas and put together a beautiful wedding vision that perfectly captured us as a couple and how we wanted our wedding day to look like, thinking everything through to the tiniest detail. She then found the perfect vendors and communicated with our existing vendors to turn the vision into reality, and she did it so incredibly well. There were of course bumps in the road, stressful moments, and vendor mishaps from time to time, and when those times came Kawinthi was always there to deescalate stressful situations and somehow quickly figure everything out. As a result of all of her great work, our garden wedding was even more perfect than we could’ve ever imagined, even with a last-minute surprise thundershower! Even with everything set up to be outside, when the rain started, Kawinthi handed everyone the umbrellas she had brought just in case, and rallied the whole vendor team very quickly to figure out and execute a half outside/half under the tent setup during the cocktail hour. In the end, our new reception setup looked at least as beautiful as the original one, and everyone was dry and comfortable throughout the whole time -- we honestly would not change a single thing about it! Thanks to Kawinthi, all the vendors worked so well together, everything was in place, all the last minute issues were resolved, everything looked so so pretty, and most importantly, our big day was the intimate and fun post-COVID party we had hoped it would be, rain or shine. Everyone had so much fun and the whole event felt so very uniquely like "us"! Weeks later, people still keep telling us how awesome everything was. Hiring Kawinthi was the best wedding vendor decision we made — if you need event planning help, HIRE HER!!
