She was exactly what we needed in a full service planner - offering her years of expertise, suggestions, candor and guidance in making our vision come to life for our special day. Katie is very professional, responsive and well organized which alleviates so much of the stress that can come with wedding planning. Although she was our wedding planner, the experience felt much more like a trusted friend who walked with us each step of the way.

I contacted Katie early this year before the pandemic. We had talked a few times about potentially getting married next year. Fast forward and things were rapidly changing and my fiancé’s health was poor. We decided we needed to tie the knot and wanted to have a small, intimate wedding. I contacted Katie again in August and officially booked in September for a November wedding. I gave her TWO MONTHS to work with. Two months!!! Everyone is still talking about how the wedding looked like it took months and months to plan. Katie’s work ethic and drive sets her apart from anyone else and that’s why we were able to accomplish all that we did in such short time. She doesn’t just become your day of coordinator and show up the day of. She was my person to call anytime I had a wedding nightmare, she checked in on me and asked how I was doing and feeling, she supported my taste while also recommending other creative designs. She truly does it all. If I could give her the wedding planner Grammy or Oscar award, I would. I would rehire her again and again and again. Do yourself the favor, get her on your team NOW! Whether it’s a small or big event, party, wedding, she does it all! She’s seriously a superwoman and I’m in awe of how she’s so great. Her love for her work does not sleep; she’s such a go getter and I love her for that. There was many times I thought to myself that I’m way over my head for this, but she kept me calm and level. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND expectations. Things I would have never expected on my wedding day (that I had previously wanted), somehow magically happened because of her graciousness. I really don’t know if any monetary value would be enough to thank her or to show her how much she means to me, but I am forever grateful for her. Thank you so much for all you did for me and Nick. So thankful I came across this Heaven-sent individual, Katie. She organized a rooftop Tea Party for my birthday and it more than exceeded my expectations. She was so professional, responsive, SWEET, and went out of her way on countless occasions to make sure my day was perfect. Katie is truly a sweetheart and oh so creative. Such a pleasure working with her. She is so innovative and loves to think outside of the box. Her imagination is fantastic and she is not afraid to get her hands dirty if she has to. You can tell she truly enjoys what she does and it shines through her work. I hired EBAM as a day-of coordinator, but the service she provided was really more like a full-service planner. I found Katie through an online promotion that offered a discount, which she honored even though I reached out to her directly. She met with me several times over the course of 6 months and provided invaluable guidance on vendors and pricing. She is experienced with managing vendors and well-connected in Nashville to great service providers who offer reasonable service with great taste at a good price. Katie is well-organized and made sure that I stayed on track with my planning deliverables, and she did a great job of wrangling our vendors and making sure everything flowed and stuck to our timeline. She was also really fun to plan with -- she was excited about and and involved with all the little details. When we differed on small choices, Katie always gracefully made sure to follow my wishes and executed the whole thing to a T. She did so much on our actual day-of, from helping our photographer to steaming my bridal accessories to making sure our officiant signed our marriage license to making sure everything was delivered to the proper location after the event and making our bridal suite tidy and beautiful. Hiring her was a really smart decision -- she's professional, fun, and knowledgeable, and easy to work with.

I hired Events By Allison-Marie for decor for my business launch party. She was very in tune with my needs and recognized how important my event was through her actions. I was provided visual options beforehand to help establish my vision. She was reliable & professional from the initial consultation all the way through the day of the event.
