Joey is AMAZING! We hired Event Haüs Productions to be our day of coord for our wedding on 11/2/24. Joey was kind, professional, easy to talk to, and exactly who you want by your side on the big day. He helped us create our timeline and made sure we stuck to it as well as handled all vendor communications day of. We literally did not have to worry about anything day of, just showing up to the venue. If something went wrong I have no idea which is exactly why Joey is the best. Our caterers we’re suppose to provide to go boxes for our guests for left overs but forgot to bring them and i got wind of it through my husband (totally fine no biggie!). Joey offered to run to the grocery store to pick up containers which i thought was amazing and going above and beyond. If you’re looking for someone to run the show, call Joey!!

My husband and I found Joey through Wedding Wire and he was awesome! We used his day of coordinator services but that definitely did not mean he was only there "day of". He was very willing to check in on us throughout the year, after we confirmed him as our coordinator, leading up to the wedding and he really put us in the right direction with certain tasks we hadn't thought about yet. (We were planning most of it ourselves since we were on a budget.) For the month before the wedding, he was so easy to coordinate with and so quick to respond with any questions we had. He guided our rehearsal on Friday (wedding was on Saturday) and was even quick to source back up DJ options the day before since ours was being a little flaky. Luckily, we didn't have to do that but it was such a comfort that he would help us figure that out so we didn't have to freak out over it. The day of was amazing. He was at the venue before we were helping accept deliveries and make sure things were set up. He was there at all the right moments and didn't let us forget to do the mini-events throughout a wedding that you can get distracted from when you're having a great time. It was just perfect and I didn't have to worry about a thing that day! Anyone would be so lucky to have found this gem of a wedding coordinator and I wish him all the best!

Joey is the absolute best! I would recommend him to organize, plan, and do basically anything you need for your wedding...or any other event for that matter. He is easy to work with, has fantastic ideas and taste, and is reliable. I cannot say enough about what a great event planner he is!!!!

We hired Event Haüs (last minute!) to coordinate our wedding. Joey, the owner, was amazing! He and his staff set up our outdoor reception beautifully and made sure the whole evening ran smoothly. Joey has a great grasp of wedding logistics and helped us so much. Joey and his staff created a great flow between the bar and buffet, the dance floor and DJ, the tables and cake station. It’s those little things that make a big impact on the success of the evening and Joey and his staff just get it.

This year Joey planned a part for my team at SpaceX for several hundred employees. Joey did a tremendous job. He worked within a tight timeline, and he knocked it out of the park with venue selection, food and drink selection, and value. Joey was our day-of wedding coordinator. In one word, he was "fabulous". He was punctual, polite, organized, and charming. While my husband and I did all of the planning and organizing for our wedding leading up to the big day (I'm an advertising exec and VERY type A), we still needed someone to help us stay organized and sane the day of so we could just enjoy it and take it all in. That's where Joey at Event Haüs comes in.

We were looking for a day of coordinator and that's it - we had done all the heavy lifting ourselves because we had a clear vision and I can negotiate the hell out of the biggest media companies in the world. Every person or business we reached out to told us we had to the pay a full cost for a wedding planner and their services which we didn't need since we had done all of that work, but Event Haüs understood what we needed and appreciated how organized we were. Joey worked with us to do a special rate to simply help us with our daily timeline/schedule and assist us the day of knowing we only needed a fraction of his time compared to the typical couple who might need his full services.

He made our day so streamlined and easy for us and our vendors. He assisted with final touches in the ballroom, getting everything and everyone ready right before the ceremony, and keeping us on time and relaxed during the reception! He even rented us a magic mirror for our photo wall and the guests were living for it and it immediately printed photos with a custom border he worked with us on designing. Highly recommend using Event Haüs for your wedding planning needs!

Joey Pallares was a referral from some personal friends. We enjoyed working with him. Joey was invaluable when it came to answering questions and assisting along the way.
