Last September, after receiving a glowing recommendation from a girlfriend, I had the pleasure of being introduced to Erin and subsequently meeting her for coffee. My husband and I were starting the daunting process of organizing a 250+ person wedding that incorporated two different Indian religions and cultures. Erin immediately put me at ease and we ultimately hired her for all of the design elements, including custom invitations. It was the best decision that we made during the planning process.

Erin is an incredibly talented artist and designer. She took such an interest in learning about our backgrounds and cultures. After hearing about our overall vision for the day, she came up with detailed color/inspiration boards and later a thorough design proposal. Erin was able to create a cohesive theme, incorporating elements from both cultures, which was present throughout our wedding day. We received countless compliments on everything ranging from our wedding invitations to the hand painted tiles that were used for the escort cards. Erin was able to incorporate so many unique and beautiful elements (a welcome board in three different languages, a custom-designed chalk pattern outside our ceremony entrance, and hand illustrated wedding programs) that left such a lasting impression on our guests. We are still receiving compliments on the stunning layout and design of our reception.

In addition to being incredibly talented, Erin is very organized, detailed-oriented and efficient in all of her work. She really takes the time to get to know her clients and to create design items that feel authentic to them as a couple. She is patient, kind and understanding; she is certainly someone you want in your corner during the stressful moments of planning a wedding! My entire family loved working with Erin and we would recommend her without hesitation.

Erin is insanely talented at everything she does. Her vision, communication and final end product is worth every single penny. I highly recommend all her services. My husband and I are so grateful for her hard work and the styling she did for our special day.

There are certain elements of a wedding that every couple has priorities over the others, for my husband and I, that included the invitations, the food and the photographer. It was a pleasant surprise for us to find out that not only did Erin make invitations, she could also help us put together a more cohesive theme for our wedding. The process began after we sent Erin our Pinterest mood board for inspiration and the rest they say is history. Erin took care of our wedding invitations, was our event stylist and florist.

Let me preface the rest of the review by saying that the wedding was in New Jersey and we lived in DC. Whatever doubts we initially had about working with a supplier from a different state was quickly dispelled because of the organized system that Erin put in place for her clients. She used a project management tool so we could monitor if we were on track with the schedule and deadlines and budget. Erin also made herself accessible to us via email and some in-person meetings and we really appreciated that, especially if there was a wedding-related issue we weren't quite sure how to handle.

We had a very specific vision in mind for the wedding invitation - and that was to combine elements of our cultural background (we had a Jewish-Chinese wedding) and use the same invitation layout for our ketubah. Erin created a very lovely wedding invitation for us put together her watercolor painting skills and her knowledge of printing. We had a budget we were working with and Erin was accommodating about it. She collaborated with us thoughtfully so we could get the type of wedding invitation we desired without going over our cost allocation. They say hindsight is always 20-20, but we are glad we put a lot of thought in our wedding invitation because that really sets the tone for the wedding.

Erin has a good eye for style and on top of that has a great personality, she translates her ideas and creates something magical for her clients!

Erin Braun and her team were a godsend to me and Douglas, and I cannot express enough how much Erin made our wedding planning and the wedding day so remarkably smooth and genuinely enjoyable. I loved working with Erin from the very day I met her, and her sincerity, calming demeanor, sense of humor, vision, and professionalism stayed so constant throughout the entire planning process. Erin wears many hats; not only did she reach out to and manage logistics and timelines with all the vendors, she also designed our invitations, custom-made our gorgeous escort card 3D canvas backdrop, created the reception floorplan and seating lounge, and even hand-sewed my dress when it teared after the ceremony! I remember that moment, as well as the intricate details that showed how much care Erin put into showcasing touches personal to me: my favorite waxflower at each place setting, the use of flickering lights in the grass to echo the night sky, the time carefully allotted to surprise my grandmother with her favorite song - to which she brought our guests to their feet when she grabbed the mic! I will always remember the wedding day as being the happiest and most special day, when my husband and I were showered with so much love and surrounded by such warmth in good company. I will also always be thankful to all those that made the day as wonderful as it was, and especially Erin for making wedding day dreams come true.

Erin was by far the best thing to happen to my husband and me in the months leading up to our wedding and the wedding day itself. For context, we got engaged in August 2013 and in March 2014, we finally found our venue; however, the only available date (due to a cancelation) was in July, meaning we had four months to plan a wedding. Yikes. Luckily, we had just been to a friend’s wedding in Brooklyn that was absolutely stunning, and the couple had nothing but fantastic things to say about Erin so we quickly got in touch. Thank goodness we did.
We live in Connecticut, Erin is based out of NYC and the wedding was in Vermont. You would think this would pose issues, but with Erin involved, the entire process could not have been more seamless. We hired Erin for month-of planning and event design but she did so much more. After meeting a couple times, most of our communication was via email and phone. She was immediately on top of everything by reaching out to vendors and introducing herself, and giving us timelines and deadlines to follow. She completely understood us and helped our vision become a reality by churning out one great idea after another, all while staying within our budget. She is such a talented artist and we saw this side of her shine with the event design and details, and through her collaboration with the florist. She is flexible and understanding, timely and responsive, and simply wonderful to work with. We were so comfortable working with her that at times we trusted her opinion more than our own!
Our wedding turned out to be more beautiful than we could have imagined and we owe it all to Erin. It wasn’t just us – our guests were awed and have repeatedly told us what a wonderful job she did. Our families and the wedding party were able to relax and thoroughly enjoy the day, and we are so grateful she was on top of everything. We cannot speak highly enough about the quality of her work and about her as a person, and recommend her without hesitation.

I cannot write a sufficiently glowing review to accurately reflect Erin's extraordinary work. She went above and beyond to help us create, design and print the most gorgeous wedding invitations. From start to finish, she understood our style, she had brilliant and creative ideas, her design work was perfect, and the final product was absolutely gorgeous. Plus, she was an absolute joy to work with -- responsive, helpful, understanding. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

My husband and I asked Erin to design our custom wedding invitations and we are SO HAPPY with how they turned out. From the beginning of working with Erin we knew we had found the right person to help us with such a large part of our wedding planning.

Being in Ohio and working with Erin in NYC was not an issue. Working through email and meeting with her when she was in town was so easy. Erin made us feel so comfortable and special. She offered her suggestions after we gave her details of what we envisioned for our wedding. The custom bilingual wedding invitations were highly commented on by my family in Italy. They raved on the paper choice and envelopes.

All I can say is thank god for Erin Braun. What started out as a glowing recommendation for a custom designed wedding belt from my photographer quickly turned into an unexpected one-stop shop miracle worker. When I met Erin she wowed me with her eye for detail and high fashion, and I immediately knew I needed her to design a statement belt for my dress. She mentioned her other services, including planning, and at first I, like many brides, thought I could handle it myself. Erin was extremely flexible with her package and worked with my budget. In the end, Erin designed both a belt and a hairpiece. She even offered to repair and refresh another belt I had found. We hired Erin for month of planning as well as rehearsal and day of. Erin also designed a custom wedding website for us, and when I had an invitation catastrophe she came through and in less than two weeks designed the most amazing watercolor invitations for us. I still get compliments today. She was completely in sync with my vision for the wedding, helped me with DIY elements and provided inspiration and suggestions without prompting. She was genius with all the vendors and the day of everything was perfectly orchestrated. We didn't have to worry about a thing.

Without a doubt, I would recommend, and have recommended to several brides (who have also been wowed and hired) Erin and all her magic. She is a pleasure to work with, and I can't wait to find another reason to work with her soon. We worked with Erin to plan our January Brooklyn wedding and she was just the best. We signed up for one-month of planning, but Erin was available from the get-go, giving us a timeline of when to achieve certain goals and checking in with us to make sure that we stayed on track. Erin is personable, responsible, oh so organized, she works with you to meet your budget, and most of all, she's a joy to work with. On top of all this, she's also a wonderfully talented artist, so whether you need calligraphy, graphic design, or help with floral ideas (she has a background in florals, too!), she can handle it all. Seriously, 100% renaissance woman here. On the day of the wedding, I literally didn't worry about a thing because I knew that Erin would ensure that it all went smoothly and so we got to enjoy every second of our wedding, which I'm so grateful for.
