I give Ericka a 5.0, but the stars won't work. l found Ericka through a mutual friend. When l messaged her, she fit us in
quickly with my tight schedule and was excited to photograph my special anniversary session. She was wonderful. I will be using her in the future!

She does a Wonderful job! Was very flexible on her time and date for us. I have used her for the past 5 years and will continue to use her. She is such a great photographer, really knows what she is doing and does it well!

Ericka did an amazing job! She was very helpful and so sweet . Highly recommend !

She has taken family photos and my sons cake smash/1 year photos for us. She does an amazing job. I love that she has props and worked with us to get the right look and theme we were going for. I am defiantly going to use Ericka again for any of our photography needs.

LOVED Ericka. We had just gotten done with our photos at the church and the wedding party photos and walked into the reception hall... and she ALREADY HAD EDITED PHOTOS ON A SLIDESHOW!!!! She put her computer near the photo booth for everyone to look at. They were already fantastic. LOVED LOVED LOVED.

We got our photos back very late. Several were shot with telephone wires in the background which she promised would be washed out—they weren’t.

It was obvious the second half of our photos were not edited well and rushed.

Was promised a free album to make up for the long wait and this was said to be delivered in July. It is October and she won’t answer any calls or emails with this and the flashdrive from the remaining piece of the unfulfilled contract.

I have been unable to get in touch with her to obtain the other hand of my wedding photos. She does not text back and has very poor communication. Tried cancelling my husband and I's engagement session due to "poor weather", which it was not and the engagement photos came out fine. Ericka is very "flaky" for lack of a better word. We paid her in full and have yet to receive what was supposed to be included in the package we purchased. Please do not hire her, I would not want this to happen to anybody else on their special day.

Although my daughter had a contract that outlined when she would receive her complete package, Ericka continuously cancelled, rescheduled and made excuses as to why she hasn't been able to hold up to her own contract we signed. It feels as though she got our money which was paid in full prior to the event as demanded, and then all professionalism went out the window. She failed to take the photos listed on the "shoot sheet" she had my daughter fill out, she tried multiple times to cancel the engagement session due to weather, even though it was beautiful outside, and seems to believe that giving a few photos on a online album will suffice regardless of the fact that she still has over 200 other photos we have yet to receive which contain pictures of the cake cutting, garter and bouquet toss, fathers first look, etc. she took our money and ran, and now refuses to "deliver the photos within 30 days of the event" as her contract reads. Disgusted to think that people like this prey on peoples' most special events of their lives and still have the audacity to advertise on FB and sites like this using those same customer's pictures to promote her business. After seeing my daughter and my public post asking for the public to come forward with any complaints they may have ( there were so many) she has now decided to hold my daughter's wedding photos hostage until she removes the post that was written with fact. Unbelievably heartless.

Scam artist. Non responsive. Won't answer phone calls. Didn't hold up her end of the contract. The few photos we did get back were washed out, poor quality, and fuzzy. 'Second shooter' did nothing except come to eat dinner. Wish I read the rest of these reviews before booking. Beware, she will screw you over.

My friend had a very bad experience. They did not get all of their pictures. A wedding is something that cannot be recreated so those pictures are lost forever. So please think carefully before using this photographer, consider yourself forewarned since apparently she has done this with other brides.
