The staff is so friendly and helpful and made me feel so beautiful! I am definitely not a size 2 and have a full chest and hips but they had dresses that fit me perfectly in store. Niamh helped me decide on the perfect size that would accentuate my curves amazingly and it definitely did. I was so nervous about dress shopping knowing I would have to get a size that most stores don't have any of in store, but Niamh made me feel so good about my size and made me feel so comfortable! I shopped at other bridal stores as well and had I gone to them first I would have been so discouraged about the size I needed, but Encore is so different and amazing and will help any size of woman feel like the most beautiful bride on their special day! The owner Jessica has put together an amazing staff and makes her customers feel like family when they are in there. I would absolutely recommend Encore to anyone and everyone who is looking for their perfect dress! I came all the way from Tennessee to purchase from them just for their customer service!

Encore Bridal has the most unique and BoHo style dresses. I went to 3 dress stores, and found myself back at Encore Bridal, partly because I enjoyed working with them. They recommended a seamstress for me, so I didn't have to find one, and also had great communication when it came to ordering my dress.

I had the best time picking out my dress at Encore. Noel was super welcoming and helped me feel at ease the moment I stepped through the door. She was actually the one to suggest the dress that I ended up picking - it was like she knew me better than I knew myself! Encore was also super understanding when I asked if I could have my (future) mother-in-law and long distance bridesmaids join by Zoom. Best part of all was that my dress was exactly in budget and arrived quickly!

My dress was insanely beautiful and so reasonably priced! The staff were so wonderful, encouraging and helpful. My gown and my Vail came in way faster than expected!

My daughter said Down with the Gown!!! We had a private appointment here and absolutely loved it. Very friendly and patient as my daughter tried on dresses. She was very attentive and we enjoyed every minute of it. Ending up buying the dress and it came in less than a week. Also found a beautiful veil. Fabulous experience and highly recommend. Encore Bridal was amazing!!! They had a beautiful selection of gowns and accessories. Jessica was amazing in helping me say Yes to the Dress. She was very helpful with sizing, ordering, and then preserving the gown after my ceremony. I highly recommend Encore Bridal!

Loved Encore Bridal! I had been to so many wedding dress boutiques and could not find what I was looking for until I went to Encore, and I LOVE my dress! The service was great, and they were so sweet. I would recommend Encore in heartbeat!

I had the most amazing experience at Encore Bridal. Jessica was amazing and was able to completely work within my pretty low price range. She has ideas for every dress on how to change it in little ways that would make me like it. I found my dress at Encore and it does need some adjustments. Jessica was able to call the seemstress that she workes with and Rosie was able to come and look at my dress within 5 minutes. This was honestly the best customer service experience that I have ever had. I was there on a Thursday and was the only bride there. I would recommend trying to book an appointment on a slower day because the fitting area is not the biggest. I am so thankful for Jessica and Rosie for making me feel amazing trying on every dress and for helping me decide on “The One.” She even let me sleep on it and put my dress aside for a day so that I could go to my last appointment and make sure that I was ready to commit.
