Beyond Amazing!

The staff is so friendly and helpful and made me feel so beautiful! I am definitely not a size 2 and have a full chest and hips but they had dresses that fit me perfectly in store. Niamh helped me decide on the perfect size that would accentuate my curves amazingly and it definitely did. I was so nervous about dress shopping knowing I would have to get a size that most stores don't have any of in store, but Niamh made me feel so good about my size and made me feel so comfortable! I shopped at other bridal stores as well and had I gone to them first I would have been so discouraged about the size I needed, but Encore is so different and amazing and will help any size of woman feel like the most beautiful bride on their special day! The owner Jessica has put together an amazing staff and makes her customers feel like family when they are in there. I would absolutely recommend Encore to anyone and everyone who is looking for their perfect dress! I came all the way from Tennessee to purchase from them just for their customer service!

Highly Recommend. Me, Sister, & Friend All Got Our Dresses Here

Encore Bridal has the most unique and BoHo style dresses. I went to 3 dress stores, and found myself back at Encore Bridal, partly because I enjoyed working with them. They recommended a seamstress for me, so I didn't have to find one, and also had great communication when it came to ordering my dress.

A Must for Fort Collins Brides

I had the best time picking out my dress at Encore. Noel was super welcoming and helped me feel at ease the moment I stepped through the door. She was actually the one to suggest the dress that I ended up picking - it was like she knew me better than I knew myself! Encore was also super understanding when I asked if I could have my (future) mother-in-law and long distance bridesmaids join by Zoom. Best part of all was that my dress was exactly in budget and arrived quickly!

My dress was out of a fairy tale

My dress was insanely beautiful and so reasonably priced! The staff were so wonderful, encouraging and helpful. My gown and my Vail came in way faster than expected!

Fabulous Experience

My daughter said Down with the Gown!!! We had a private appointment here and absolutely loved it. Very friendly and patient as my daughter tried on dresses. She was very attentive and we enjoyed every minute of it. Ending up buying the dress and it came in less than a week. Also found a beautiful veil. Fabulous experience and highly recommend. Encore Bridal was amazing!!! They had a beautiful selection of gowns and accessories. Jessica was amazing in helping me say Yes to the Dress. She was very helpful with sizing, ordering, and then preserving the gown after my ceremony. I highly recommend Encore Bridal!

Loved Encore Bridal! I had been to so many wedding dress boutiques and could not find what I was looking for until I went to Encore, and I LOVE my dress! The service was great, and they were so sweet. I would recommend Encore in heartbeat!

I had the most amazing experience at Encore Bridal. Jessica was amazing and was able to completely work within my pretty low price range. She has ideas for every dress on how to change it in little ways that would make me like it. I found my dress at Encore and it does need some adjustments. Jessica was able to call the seemstress that she workes with and Rosie was able to come and look at my dress within 5 minutes. This was honestly the best customer service experience that I have ever had. I was there on a Thursday and was the only bride there. I would recommend trying to book an appointment on a slower day because the fitting area is not the biggest. I am so thankful for Jessica and Rosie for making me feel amazing trying on every dress and for helping me decide on “The One.” She even let me sleep on it and put my dress aside for a day so that I could go to my last appointment and make sure that I was ready to commit.

I almost never write reviews, but I had such an amazing experience at Encore Bridal that I felt like I needed to! Jessica was wonderful and gave great advice about designs and styles that would fit me best. Throughout the process, she was able to determine the specific styles/designs that I gravitated towards and would select the perfect dresses based on that. She was the one who found (and had me try on) the dress that I purchased. At other bridal shops, I felt like they were pushing me towards certain dresses just so they could get the sale. With Encore Bridal, I never once felt like she was pushing the sale on me, just genuinely being helpful and supporting the dress hunt! I was lucky enough to have the, "THIS IS THE DRESS" moment that every bride-to-be hopes for. Not only did I find the perfect dress, but it was well within my budget. I will be sending all my friends to Encore Bridal.

What a beautiful little shop. They had a wonderful variety of dresses so I was able to try on multiple styles. My sales associate was very accommodating and patient during my appointment and I ended up coming home with an amazing dress!

My first time trying on dresses (at another place) was such a bad experience! I did not want to go back. A friend told me about Encore so I made a last minute appointment and headed in with my friends. What an amazing experience! The shop is in the cutest building, the staff is very warm and helpful, and there is such a wide selection of dresses! I felt better from the moment I walked in the door, such a weight off my shoulders! I did end up purchasing a consignment dress and got exactly what I wanted for less than I was hoping to pay. Not sure I can say enough good things about Encore Bridal. I worked with both Kailee and Jamie on two separate occasions, thank-you ladies!

The best staff! We visited Ft. Collins and wanted to stop in on a busy Saturday. Even though we did not have a set apt. they made time for us and ended up purchasing my dress here. Beautiful styles and satisfied with pricing!

I cannot say enough positive things about Encore Bridal. The ladies that work here are all lovely and never made my feel self conscious even though I had a very small budget. Michelle was so helpful and lovely and picked a dress for me to try on I NEVER would have thought I would like- and I ended up buying it! They have a nice consignment section and lots of accessories in addition to their new gowns. I'm so happy I was able to find a dress and support local business and be eco friendly all at the same time. I would definitely check this place out if you live in FoCo or nearby!

I needed a dress in a hurry and went in and bought my dress right off the consignment rack! The dress is gorgeous, a great value and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They had many beautiful dresses both new and on consignment!

This is an amazing place to shop for your wedding gown!! I bought my dress here about 2 months ago. I had a budget of 800. The dress I found (with the help of my constant, Michelle) was priced at 1201. Needless to say, a little out of my range. But working with Jessica (and Michelle) was wonderful! I told her my situation and she offered the flood model to me for 900!! I needed a few days to get my funds fully in place, and about 2 weeks later I returned and purchased the dress of my dreams!! The staff was fun, had tons of great ideas and we're so professional!! I'm planning on returning to purchase my bridesmaids as well!! Jessica, you and your team rock!!! I've already recommended you guys to one of my friends, and plan on spreading the word even more!! Thumbs up, 100%, five stars!!! Can't say it enough you guys are AMAZING!!!

I am a Las Vegas bride but Fort Collins is my hometown. I had visited a few other shops in Las Vegas, and thought I found my dress, but I made the appointment at Encore because I wanted to do some shopping with my Maid of Honor who lives in Colorado! I originally chose Encore because I was excited about trying some consignment gowns!

When I arrived at Encore (it was the last day in their old location) I was immediately in love with how warm and quaint their store was. It was so homey and comfortable. I thought I had found my gown already at the Las Vegas store but I was stuck between 2 dresses. They had me walk around and clip the dresses I was interested in. Then there it was. There was only one dress in their store that I had already tried on in Las Vegas, and it happened to be one of the 2 I was in love with. I tried on about 6 of their gowns and saved that one for last. When I put it on, it was incredible.

Jessica, Delaney and Amanda were so amazing! Wedding dress shopping should be the most exciting time in the world and it didn't feel that way when I shopped in Las Vegas. The moment I stepped into the store at Encore Bridal, I felt like they wanted me to be there. I feel like I left with friends! They truly made my "Ah Ha!" moment so special! That is the way wedding dress shopping should be. They were so professional and sweet and they are even willing to ship my dress to me in Las Vegas!

I found the dress first in Las Vegas, but having worked with these amazing women, I couldn't imagine giving my business to anyone else! Thank you so much Encore Bridal for making me feel like a Bride!!!

I found my wedding dress at Encore Bridal in Fort Collins. The staff there were extremely friendly and so helpful! There is a really amazing selection and number of dresses to choose from. Before I went to Encore, I went to a few other bridal shops in Denver. The selection of dresses were not quite what I was looking for and the ones I loved were well over my budget. Encore has high quality, gorgeous dresses that fit into anyone's budget. I was extremely impressed with them.

We first went to David's Bridal, thought we found the dress, and then came here as we already had an appointment booked on the same day. Turns out we were sooo wrong about the David's dress, every dress that I tried on, even the ones I didn't like, were way better both in quality and appearance. You don't have to wear a special underskirt or bra with these dresses, they are made to fit. I also recommend their alterations person, Sewtique Alterations. She said she also noticed great differences in the quality of dresses between Encore and David's Bridal. It ended up costing us a bit more, but I felt that it was very worth it, particularly for my big day.

They were Awsome! I had poor service in other bridal stores an encore was my last hope an thank god! I found them they helped me find what I was looking for, the staff was great! Jessica was so nice an helpful I could of asked for anything better. I highly recommend them, my wedding is 2/21/15 an I only had less then a month to even have a dress let alone get it fitted an they helped me with everything I needed an they are such good people.

I just purchased one of Encore Bridal's consignment gowns. The women at the store are helpful, friendly, and very accommodating. I made an appointment on Thursday and found a dress I really liked. The women "held" the dress for me, and allowed me to come back twice on Friday to take a second look - once with my Mom and once with two friends. When my Mom came to look with me we had two children in tow- I don't recommend this, but we had an emergency child care situation. I appreciate how understanding the owner of the store is.

I worked with the owner, Jessica, and two additional staff members. I experienced the same level of high quality service with all three. The women did not pressure me into buying anything, and made me feel very comfortable.

This is a smaller boutique, but they have a good selection of dresses and sizes. The new dresses are arranged by price, and consignment gowns are in a section by themselves. For brides looking, I suggest you inform the store of your size and any specific preferences. I am a fairly common size, but got VERY lucky. I was able to buy a dress off the rack and take it home that day!

I found a beautiful gown on consignment in excellent condition. I could not have found a new gown as beautiful as the one I purchased for the same price. The person who helped me was very helpful and even stayed open late to help me with my dress purchase.

Jessica at Encore Bridal was great! My mom and I came up from Aurora to Fort Collins and Encore was the 1st dress shop on a list of 6 we were planning on going to while my mom was visiting for a short time. The first dress I saw when I walked in was one I just had to try on. We gathered a few others I liked and a couple on Jessica's recomendation. Of course i fell in love with the first one I saw. Not wanting to buy it right away we left. We went to a few other stores in Denver but nothing compared to the dress and Jessica's professionalism at Encore Bridal. We went back a couple days later without an appointment and she let me try the dress on again. At First she told me it would take up to 4 months to come in but it ended up arriving 2 weeks after I purchased it. I would definatly recommend going to Encore Bridal in Fort Collins.

I had purchased a dress online and was super disappointed with the quality. The thought of purchasing a second dress made me sad since my budget was now almost non-existent. I contacted Encore Bridal and was stoked to hear about their consignment dresses! Jessica was able to get me in right away and found me a BEAUTIFUL wedding dress! I didn't want to take it off and I can't wait for my fiancé to see me in it! The dresses in this shop were beautiful and honestly made the David's Bridal dresses look cheap and overpriced. Too bad I'm only getting married once lol otherwise I could have this experience again!

I was so pleased with my experience at Encore Bridal! From the moment I walked in the door, Candace was very helpful, professional, and sweet. Encore has a wonderful consignment section as well, which is where I ultimately found my dress. My dress was a Maggie Sottero, originally $1500 with Swarovski detailing, and it was priced at $650! The best part was, it had never been worn. Many of the consignment dresses are actually new dresses! Candace helped me in and out of 8 or so dresses, but the moment I put it on, I knew! She instantly helped me doll it up with a veil and jewelry. I wish I would have bought the veil at that time, because finding one that compared to the one Candace put on me was quite a hassle! In fact, I don't think I ever found one that I liked as much - so if you find a veil there (they also do consignment veils!) then definitely pick it up!

My experience was very personalized (I was the only one in the salon), and Candace was constantly helping me in and out of dresses. I had a girlfriend go to David's and it was not nearly the same experience. Candace said "this will be your first and last time trying on dresses," and she was SO right... and I am GLAD she was right. I would not have enjoyed myself at David's Bridal.

Jessica was great- she was available to help, but also let my mom and I walk around at our own pace. When trying the dresses on, there was no rush and she showed professionalism and courtesy throughout the entire experience. One of the dresses that I tried on was available as a consignment dress that had already been cleaned and looked brand new. There was no pressure to buy the new dress, and she even gave us some extra lace in case it was needed. I will definitely be passing on their name to friends!

The consultants at Encore Bridal are the best. Jessica owns the store and is also a bridal consultant. What a quaint bridal boutique located in an old mansion on College Ave in Ft. Collins. They sell Allure, Eden and private label wedding gowns, bridesmaid dresses and other formal wear dresses. You can even rent all your guys tuxedos from them. My experience was top notch and would go back again and again. If you are a bride looking for your perfect wedding gown, Encore is the store to go to. You will love it; I sure did.

I LOVE Encore bridal! Although Jessica only sells dresses from a couple brands, her selection is still very vast, and the fact that she sells gently used dresses at discounted prices allows for a huge variety of wedding gowns to choose from. We were able to walk into the store and be helped right away to try on gowns. It's a smaller boutique so we got full attention from the assistant that was there, and they were more than willing to help pull dresses that I liked. She also supplies a large variety of shoes, belts, jewelry, and veils along with bridesmaid dresses and suits for the guys. I purchased my dress, belt, and veil from Jessica, and I wouldn't have gone anywhere else! Plus, it was nice to be able to support a local business!

Fabulous personal service, great selection of dresses at a great price for both the bride and bridesmaids (I bought all of them here!), and cute boutique-y feel. I did not get service even CLOSE to what I received at Encore at any of the other shops I visited.
I will recommend Encore Bridal to every single bride that comes my way!!

LOVE this place, I am so thankful I found it while on the search for a perfect dress! I visited others but Encore rises above the rest. Jessica is kind, fun and extremely helpful, and creates an environment that is so easy to be in. Encore ROCKS! I recommend this shop to anyone looking for a affordable but stylish dress, comfortable/non-pushy environment, personal service, and an all-around fun dress shopping experience (and who isn't!?)

I went in to look at the dress selection Encore Bridal had. I went in alone. I was not excited about trying to find a wedding dress alone. The staff made me feel so comfortable and excited about finding the perfect dress for my wedding. They made me feel like a princess. The advice they gave regarding the dresses I was considering was honest and helpful. They helped me pick out the best dress in the most beautiful color. I am so grateful for their help and expertise. I was given the attention I needed in spite of not having an appointment. When the dress came in and I put it on, they made me feel so beautiful. They had a vested interest in making me look and feel good. I HIGHLY recommend this bridal shop. I will recommend it to anyone looking for bridal or formal wear who wants to have the personal attention that the occasion deserves.

After I got engaged, I first went to Encore Bridal just to see what looked good on me. The staff was incredibly helpful and really encouraged this part of the process. I went in a couple more times just to see what else they had, and returned again after a terrible experience at another local bridal shop. I was only planning on getting the numbers for styles I had tried on and liked so that I could try them on again when I went to visit my mom in Florida and get her opinion. That time, I fell in love with a pre-owned, never worn dress they had in consignment. I went to Florida, tried that dress on, and was able to purchase over the phone once I confirmed that it was the dress I wanted. Throughout the whole process of trying on dresses, popping into the shop on a whim, buying the dress, and trying it on again with veils once I got back into town (who knew I was this high maintenance?), Jessica and her staff were so professional, so supportive, and just so excited about how excited I was! This shop is unbelievable, makes brides feel so special, and I absolutely cannot talk enough about how amazing they are!

Encore Bridal helped me find my Perfect Wedding Dress. My wedding was absolutely PERFECT! My husband rented his tuxedo from Encore Bridal also. He looked so sexy in his Tuxedo. He looked at Jim's Tuxedo's book and just picked one out. It was very easy and affordable. I picked out an Allure lace wedding dress that was totally the best price around this area. I purchased more then just my wedding dress, I bought shoes, jewelry, a veil and a preservation package. Encore sells everything any bride, bridesmaid, or special occasion dress you will ever need. I found a great selection there. She also has consigned wedding gowns that are perfect for a bride on a budget. What a gorgeous store inside and out!! Their service is professional and helpful. I recommend them 110%.

This is a wonderful bridal shop. The staff and owner are very nice and helpful. I went in a few times before I finally purchased something and they were always exteremley patient. Everyone (including me) loved my dress and you never could have guessed it was pre-loved. Thank you.

Love this store! There were so many different styles of dresses to choose from. I was skeptical of buying a used wedding dress, but after finding out that many brides just want to see their beautiful gown move on I was intrigued. The dress selection was so nicely presented you couldn't tell which dresses were new or which were used. Very laid back atmosphere, no pressure, just really enjoyed my experience. I found "the" dress and it was below the budget I had for my gown. I recommend anyone searching for a wedding gown to check this store out.

Thank you Jessica!! I worked with Jessica at Encore Bridal and the experience was excellent! Encore has a better selection of gorgeous and well-made gowns than anywhere else we shopped in the surrounding area! Encore's dresses are definitely more unique than other boutiques in the area and she has a wider range of prices to work with too. The dress I fell in love with was actually partly designed by Encore Bridal and it is the perfect Colorado gown! Jessica even gave me a fantastic deal on the dress! I couldn't be happier with the service and with my incredible gown! Don't pass it up!

If you are a bride looking for a wedding dress in Fort Collins, don't look past Encore Bridal. I decided to go try on wedding dresses on a whim while my mother was in town, and I ended up finding the most perfect Allure wedding gown. I knew exactly what I wanted in a dress, and thought that it would have taken me countless stores and trips to Denver to find my dress. The third dress that I tried on at Encore ended up being my dress! Everyone at my wedding said that my dress was the most unique and beautiful wedding dress that they had ever seen.

The women who work at Encore are very kind and knowledgeable, they listen to what you want and show you dresses that meet your style and budget. All of the dresses that I tried on were very reasonable for the materials they were made from and the amount of beading they had. The only thing that was slightly unprofessional was when I tried my dress on when I picked it up, it was a little tight through the hips and they told me I could afford to lose five pounds for the dress to fit better.

Not your typical second hand store. The shop buys all their dress from bridal shows. All dresses have only been worn the one time and they see them for a fraction of the original price. At such a low price I was able to alter my dress to make it all my own. Everyone thought I had to have spent at least a grand on such a dress. What a find!!

Encore was great! I love that they have dresses at a wide range of prices. After looking at bridal shops all over the Denver area, I felt at ease the second I walked into Encore. The owner of the shop was extremely helpful when I was looking for a dress, and because I was short on time was able to sell me a sample which was extremely helpful. The other employees are also very nice, but if possible I recommend working with the owner. I also appreciated her recommendation to a seamstress. I would recommend Encore to anyone.

Jessica was extremely helpful and easy to work with. I got my dress, shoes and veil all in a timely manner, and they were exactly what I wanted. It is very busy on the weekends, but during the day you get one on one help with the owner herself. Only having to pay 50% down when you make your orders is convenient.

Encore bridal in Fort Collins, CO is a great place to find a wedding dress. I went there an hour and half before the store was going to close, as my first trip to look at wedding dresses not planning to try any on. I was lucky that an appointment had just left and I was able to try some on. They had a great selection and so good that I found my dress in the first 30 minutes that I was in the store. I was very impressed and I love my dress. After I ordered the dress I had no idea how long it would actually take to get the dress in. I was calling every month to see if they had received it. The one thing that did not impress me was that I was super excited to get my dress because they said it would arrive on a certain day and the lady on the phone was a little rude when I asked if they had got my dress in on that date and her response just wasn't very nice when I was just wanting to see my dress. But, I am over that now and I am super happy with my dress.

I started my dress search in Denver, but ended up buying my dress around the corner from my house. Encore has a decent selection of used and new gowns. Because I am petite and big busted the used dresses didn't work for me. Jessica (the owner) helped me select and order a new gown. Her prices are really reasonable (my lace dress was under $900!). She is super helpful and friendly. Stay local and go to Encore!

Had an absolutely amazing time at my fitting and would definitely recommend them! Found my perfect dress at a reasonable price and my consultant was really great :) She listened to what I wanted and was very patient with me and my group throughout the whole process!

We used Encore Bridal to rent tuxes for our wedding. Only one out of six tuxes fit correctly. When my fiancé went to try in his tux it was 3x too big and there was paint on his jacket. They decided to overnight a new shirt and jacket and again it come in the wrong size, 3x too big! The staff lacked organization and even though none of the tuxes fit they actually miscounted our pricing and we owed them more money! I will be warning people about this place!

I went to Encore for my dress. My appointment was on a Saturday right at opening time. It was not my first appointment so I had an expectation of service and help. We walked in and were not greeted immediately despite 3 employees behind the counter. The search through dresses was nice and she pulled what I wanted but pulled dresses that when it was time to put them on would not even make it over my legs (I'm a size 14ish so pretty average but the samples were just too small) so I do not understand why she even pulled them. They did not have all the dresses available on a larger size so there were a few I wasn't able to try. When it was time to be zipped up or laced up I would call for her and she wasn't there. At one point she was even helping a different bride because that bride's consultant wasn't there for her. The lighting was terrible and he space was cramped. They clearly overbooked and my consultant even complained a little about a walk-in and the lighting. Overall I didn't feel important. I later got a call to see if I wanted to order. I felt like that was the most attention I got all day. I did find a dress that I would say was my favorite of all the dresses that I'd tried on to that point but due to the service I could not justify having to continue dealing with them. I would not recommend it.

We were excited at first to find a local shop that rented tuxedos for the groom, fathers, and groomsmen. They were very friendly and promised us great service. However, when the tuxes first came in, every person in the party had something wrong with their outfit. When the changes were made, there were still problems, and this was the night before the wedding. We didn't receive the right items until an hour before the ceremony started, and only because one of our guests were willing to drive it to us. Their protocol may be different for wedding dresses, but do not rent your tuxedos here!

This place is an absolute joke! Went in the first time to look at dresses and found one I was absolutely in love with, let the girls know that I would return with my family in a month or so to purchase it. Before I made the appointment for the final try on and to purchase it I called the store to verify and let them know my plan, to try on the dress one more time and then purchase it whoever I talked to said ok just make your appointment on line and so I did. Fast forward to the day of the appointment when I got to the store they couldn’t seem to find my dress in their system and were a little confused. Come to find out, my dress had been discontinued and they didn’t seem to think it was a good idea to let me know before hand. So, at this point I’m pretty upset but still wanting the dress. I’m trying to work with the owner to see what she can do for me and this is where things get worse. Jessica, the owner is the most rude person I’ve ever had to deal with. I think she maybe said sorry 2ce the whole time. She was completely unapologetic and rude. She didn’t have any compassion that I had family that drove into town from 6 hours away for this try-on and fitting. Every time I attempted to explain my situation she kept interrupting me. Now, she did offer me a whole 25% off of the dress and I probably would of still ordered it from her if she wasn’t so nasty!! I understand things happen but I don’t understand how someone runs a business being that rude!! I’m tellin ya ladies go somewhere else for your dress!!

Oh! I also want to mention that when I asked for water they offered me a cup and to fill it from the bathroom sink!! What kind of luxurious feeling is that? Not something I would expect from a bridal store. They did end up finding a mini water bottle to offer that was just sitting under their desk. I’m sure they knew they were there the whole time and I’m still wondering why they offered me bathroom sink water!!

This is the first review I have ever written for a store but my experience was so horrible, I just had to let people know not to go here!!!! My friend and I went into this shop and at first was very impressed by it and the variety of dresses they had. I was a bridesmaid in her wedding and when the owner ordered my dress, she ordered it 2 sizes too big and ordered another one of the bridesmaids in the wedding 1 size too small. They were the correct sizes on the contract when the bride signed it. When they arrived and we noticed they were not the sizes we ordered on the contract, the owner was unwilling to get us the correct sizes or refund our money or make it right in any way. As it turned out, I had to pay over $200 to get my dress taken in because it was so large on me and the other bridesmaid had to wear hers a size too small and almost passed out at the wedding because she couldn't breathe in the dress!! If you want to avoid a lot of headache, please do not go to this bridal shop!! There are so many more unprofessional things the owner said and did to us, but I do not want to go on and on.
