I cannot recommend this vendor. My son was married on 5/25 and utilized this service to shuttle guests from a remote parking lot to the wedding venue and then back to the parking lot at the end of the event. The first van of guests arriving for the event was on the road for over an hour - the wedding venue was under 3 miles from the parking lot. I heard this from multiple guests. At the end of the event, the van was to take the brides family back to the house that they had rented - they are from Iowa and not familiar with the area. That is why Encompass was engaged to transport them. When they got on the van, the GPS unit had run out of power and there was no cord. The driver (company owner Scott) was not sure where to go and the ride was far longer than it needed to be. There were several items left in the van and when my son contacted Scott to see if he had them, he said that he did and would be at his place of business at 4:30pm. When the newly married couple went to pick up the items, Scott was an hour late. My son asked about the mishap with the first load of guests and Scott went on a tirade stating that there was no gratuity provided, and that he had provided 19 hours of service and my son was lying about what happened. When my son calmly corrected Scott regarding the hours ( they provided 8 hours of service, and were paid in full according to the contract), Scott told my son to "F" off multiple times. He also said that my son was lying - several guest relayed the story to me about the one hours ride. Guests who did not know each other. I heard about it over and over throughout the night. Scott changed his story, filled with excuses several times, then he also stated that the bride's family was lying - and my son told him that the videographer was with them and corroborated their story. Again Scott dropped the "F" bomb and screamed it across the parking lot while flipping my son off. So much for customer service. Gratuity's are paid based upon service, and si
