Energizer Bunny

Claudia from Enchanted Crown Events was a compete gem. How we found her in the crazy wedding planning process is a miracle. We hired Claudia for our "Day of Coordinator" and if we could go back we would have hired her to plan the entire wedding from start to finish. She was flexible, a great listener, but at the same time was able to be honest with us and tell us truly what works and doesn't at a wedding. TRUST her - she will lead you correctly, and the outcome will be a beautiful wedding day. Her team went beyond our expectations - she was the Energizer Bunny for 12 hours straight on our wedding day! Prior to the wedding she met us for a walk-thru of venue, had numerous meetings, ran the rehearsal and dealt with all of our vendors. Thank you Claudia and team!!!!

Our wedding with Claudia

- If you’re sourcing around for a wedding coordinator, this is your sign to book with Enchanted Crown Events. Claudia and her team was AMAZING to say the least. Her and her team did everything so seamlessly, patiently, and with a smile. Throughout the wedding planning process, Claudia spent hours getting to know my now wife and I and took the time to understand our wishes, needs, complaints, everything and more. Claudia listened to us, gave so much valuable input, and was the real MVP of our wedding.
- As a type A bride, I had a vision and tried to jot everything down in one file for Claudia to follow. She turned our vision into a reality and made it so magical. My biggest piece of advice, is TRUST CLAUDIA. She knows exactly what she is doing and will make your wedding day as smooth as possible. We trusted Claudia and we did not have to worry about anything. I was not stressed about how the little details were going to turn out. I was not stressed with timing. I was not stressed about if everything was going to get done on time. Claudia made it the best wedding for us as possible. And we did not have to lift one finger.
- Although Claudia had her own team, I will also say she did the BEST job working with all of our vendors and even our bridal party. She worked effortlessly and collaboratively with all of our vendors, let us know when she needed something and was so professional every step of the way. When it came to our bridal party, her and her team had LOTS of patience and still did everything with a smile. Our bridal party is still talking about how great Claudia was! I do not regret hiring Claudia one bit. If anything, she should be hired for EVERY event.

Amazing wedding coordinator!!

Claudia and her team helped plan our wedding on 5/21/22 and made sure everything was perfect! I signed a contract with her a year prior and she was always available when I had questions and would check in with me during the time period leading up to our day. She took notes of everything I wanted and made sure everything was perfect the day of! Our wedding day ran smoothly and she made sure as the bride, I had nothing to worry about! I would absolutely recommend her to any stressed out bride looking for some help, or for anyone who wants a planner or will handle business and go above and beyond expectations!

Amazing!!!!

Claudia is a gem. My planner went missing 6 days before my wedding and Claudia and her team totally pulled it together. My wedding was better than I ever expected and I have her and her team to thank. Not only did she have great vendors and staff, but she was responsive, professional, and super fun to work with. She also did an amazing job day of and was able to put up with me (which was a job itself!). I am forever grateful to her and would hands down recommend her to anyone and everyone.

From the first response to the day after our wedding, Claudia was awesome. She was always checking in, asking if she could do anything to help and would give us recommendations on where to find and purchase items we needed like decorations, liquor, and candy. She also helped us determine what items we should forgo in order to save. Claudia always answered our calls and texts promptly. In January (months before our wedding), our venue cancelled on us due to “operation issues” and Claudia was a huge blessing. She spent days and nights helping us look for a new venue that was available on our date (save the dates had already been sent and hotel rooms booked). We booked a new venue about a month later and throughout that time, Claudia maintained daily contact with us. Bless her heart! Along with coordinating our wedding, Claudia did our flowers (bride bouquet, bridesmaid bouquets, corsages, boutonnières, centerpieces and floral arrangements throughout the venue). All beautiful! The weeks before our wedding, Claudia reached out to all our vendors to go over Day-of expectations. The day of the wedding, Claudia and her assistants made sure we had nothing to worry about and that we had an amazing time. They made sure the venue was set up exactly how we wanted it to be, which required Claudia to bring some of her own items (linens, glassware, candles). And naturally, we forgot to purchase some items and ran out of some items, so Claudia had her assistants run to the store during the wedding to save the day (again). At least one of Claudia’s assistants was always near us in case we needed something. They were professional and friendly to all our guests. Several guests had wardrobe malfunctions and Claudia saved them with her very handy wedding day emergency kit. I saw our vendors talking to Claudia and her assistants, never once bothering us. If you’re looking for an amazing wedding/event coordinator/planner/decorator/designer/hero, stop looking and book ECE now!

Claudia is wonderful! I would absolutely recommend booking her to help with wedding planning or just the day-of. She was helpful, efficient, and really easy to work with.

I definitely recommend Enchanted Crown Events! Claudia helped me a lot in my wedding details and she did all of the floral arrangements for my wedding party, including my bridesmaids (there was 15 of them!) so 15 bouquets, groomsmen boutonnieres and the groom's personalized boutonniere. She even did extra arrangements for the reception with the leftover flowers. She delivered everything well on time and the arrangements looked beautiful. My wedding was big (300 people) and I needed to make sure that all the vendors did their job and Claudia was one vendor I knew I could count on! You will not be disappointed.

If I could give Claudia a 10 I would. She is absolutely AMAZING! You will not regret letting her be apart of the most important day of your life. I did not have to worry about a thing. Anything I needed she provided and more. She rose way above and beyond my expectations.
