Enchanted Cactus Events is a wedding and special event planning company operating out of Coeur D Alene, Idaho. Owner and operator Jessi Groene is honored to share her love for the wedding planning experience with every couple she serves. She works closely with clients in order to best represent their one-of-a-kind love stories throughout every element of their day. Jessi will ensure that every element of your day is carefully considered and expertly executed.

Enchanted Cactus Events provides clients with a number of services to choose from. Carefully curated packages include options such as full event design, day-of coordination, and partial planning assistance. Jessi & her team will be on hand every step of the way, providing guidance with budget management, timeline planning, to-do list creation, and much more. Absolutely Anazing

Quick response. Always get back to us. Never leaves a question not answered. Gets the job done timely and efficiently. Amazing individual and very visual. Doesn’t push anything we don’t want. Listens. Encourager of ideas. And has got a great team to make anything happen. Takes every ounce of stress away.

You will be so glad to have her at your side!❤️

I absolutely love Jessi! She was incredibly helpful, was able to reassure me that my day would be perfect throughout the entire process and then delivered on it 100%. I could have spent my day stressed out making sure all of my DIY was in order but she did all of that for me. WITHOUT the stress. She kept my wild wedding party on the timeline without being pushy or bossy and took care of any of the final touches without missing a beat. Im limited on characters for this review if you're thinking about hiring her just do it!

Amazing and so helpful, especially with reassurance that everything will be perfect

So sweet and helpful. Has nearly the same style as me so everything runs so smooth. Jessie is very reassuring and is on top of everything I've asked. Fair in pricing with payment plans ❤️

This person is scamming people

This person is scamming people. There are several google reviews, and I have personal experience of this. I am heartbroken to have lost a sentimental piece of my wedding because of her.

Probably a scam

I dropped off my wedding bouquet for preservation back in October 2022, paid the $300 deposit, and haven’t seen the bouquet since (over a year later). Jessi gave me updates for the first few months (yes, months, even though bouquet preservation is only supposed to take a few weeks?), kept pushing out the finish date, and then finally stopped responding to my texts, calls, and LinkedIn message (I tried everything). I’ve read other reviews guessing this is a scam and I can’t say I disagree. Do not hire and do not hand over your wedding memorabilia to this business.

SCAMMER who steals from brides!

Jessi Groene is a scammer! She STOLE A LOT OF MONEY from me AND my bridal flowers! What sick person steals from brides?! She has done this to all her clients since June! I am sad and disgusted! She took it all and ran! DO NOT USE THIS AWFUL PERSON! She also owns SIN Grace Studios. I am at a loss and so sad that such a sentimental thing is gone! She is a gross person with a phony company! Many people have reached out to me that she has done the same too. It’s peoples big day how could you be so deceitful and fraudulent!

No communication and have not had my flower preservation shipped to me and it’s been a little over 9 months

I sent my flowers to be preserved in January and told the turn around was 2 months. It’s October and I still have not received what I ordered. I paid in full and also got an email saying that my flowers were ready to ship and I did 3 day shipping on 8/8/23. All that needed to be done is to take them to the post office to be shipped. I live in Minnesota and I had seen good things about enchanted cactus. I was very wrong I understand the owner has a lot going on but so do other people. I tried calling and was not able to leave a voicemail I even sent her a text letting her know my mother is very sick and didn’t get to come to my wedding and that all she wanted is to see the pieces with my flowers and the owner doesn’t even have the heart to reply or mail my flower preserves. I am very sad and disappointed.

Took our money and didn’t provide ANY service at all except she turned up 2 hours late

I paid Jessi Groene $591 to secure her services for wedding day coordination and rehearsal. The initial consultation was to take place at the venue so she would have an idea of the layout. She arrived 2 hours late after repeatedly texting ‘I’m almost there’.
She did nothing else AT ALL. 2 weeks before the wedding I contacted her (multiple times via text. email and phone calls before she responded) and asked her when she would do the rehearsal. After more messages multiple times she said she couldn’t come but she would send her husband. He no showed and was arrested for a warrant that was out for his arrest. I found out she hadn’t reconfirmed or even contacted any of our vendors. I was so distraught I fired her. But incidentally I had already made another payment of $591. I found out she had let another bride down last Saturday so I’m doing my best to get the word out to any bride out there, I pray no one else falls a victim,
