From the beginning, they were very quick in responding and more flexible than I can explain! On the day of there was heavy traffic due to an accident and they were in constant communication with our wedding coordinator giving frequent updates. They were amazing to work with. We are so thankful to have found them and I can't recommend their services enough!

Emma Bus Line was a preferred vendor for transportation to the venue. I was a little hesitant due to some negative reviews, but the venue was literally on a mountain top and EBL was recommended to be pros at navigating the steep gravel roads. Nancy was very easy to work with and quick to respond. We scheduled 2 x 44 passenger school busses to arrive at 2 different locations to pick up guests and deliver them to the venue. The bus drivers arrived on time to each location and the guests arrived on time to the venue! At the end of the night they awaited the grand exit and expertly navigated the steep mountain roads at night getting everyone back safely. When we rode the bus back to our home the busses were very clean and the driver was very friendly!

Like with so many others, the pandemic created a lot of uncertainty around our wedding. We ultimately decided to postpone our wedding and hold an intimate family ceremony on our original date instead. But we still wanted to celebrate with all our friends and family once it was feasible. Great service and reasonably priced

The staff at Emma had us ready to go up to 1 year before our big day. My wedding planner was able to easily coordinate specific details of the day to each of the drivers. Our plans were executed flawlessly from before our ceremony until our reception ended. We’d recommend them for any big event!
