About

We are a husband and wife photography team based out of a rural West Michigan town. I am a firm believer that Jesus, kindness, humor, and coffee can make any day better.

We love our simple country life, and we have been blessed by four amazing, beautiful, funny, energetic children: two boys and two girls.

Our goal as wedding photographers is to create simple, beautiful images, while bringing out the unique personalities of our clients. It is a joy to capture photos filled with emotion and character, love, light, and laughter--moments that are raw and genuine.

It is an honor and a privilege to capture timeless moments on the wedding day, or the sweet family interactions and giggles during lifestyle sessions--glimpses of life to be cherished by generations to come.

We loved Emilee Mae Photography! From the moment we had our engagement photos, Emilee was professional, helpful, and so very sweet! She took away any worries I had not "not knowing what to do" in pictures. We ended up with an incredible amount of beautiful wedding photos. She really took the time to listen and take the special pictures I'd requested. Emilee went above and beyond to send us our "thank you" pictures early so we could send them out to guests. I love having the photos digitally as well as on a flashdrive.

Emilee is wonderful to work with! She was 8 months pregnant at the time of my wedding and she made sure that she had a back-up in case she would go into labor prior to the wedding. I had a few special requests and she was able to follow through on them! Our pictures turned out beautiful! We were broke at the time she gave us the flash drive and she was flexible in allowing us to make payments for the remaining amount.

3 years ago Emilee did our engagement & wedding photos. She did a phenomenal job. I have yet to see a photographer as good as her. She has a very keen eye and unique and creative ideas. I am so thankful for her work and wouldn't recommend anyone else.

Emilee was an AWESOME photographer to work with! My husband and I couldn't be happier with the pictures we have from our wedding day. She perfectly captured every moment, and comes to the table with many creative photo ideas. I love how she captured the natural spirit of our relationship. I highly recommend Emilee Mae Photography!
