We had our wedding ceremony and reception here, we also have a ton of out-of-town guests that stayed at the hotel great venue the food was amazing decorations room and everything went very well.

We had a fantastic experience ..the catering staff and management were great..the rooms and bridal suite were wonderful..superb wedding!

Bruce is amazing! Working with him has been so easy. The Embassy is beautiful!

I just had my wedding at the Embassy Suites and was BLOWN AWAY by how incredible the whole weekend was. Bruce Mangual, Director of Catering, did the most OUTSTANDING job. He is kind, funny, professional, detail oriented & the most hospitable person I have ever worked with. He and his entire team made our weekend perfect & we wouldnt have changed a thing. We didnt have to do any stressing because they handled it all. We just showed up & had the best night of our lives. I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking to book a wedding. Bruce is one of a kind and I feel lucky that I got to work with him on my wedding.

We used this hotel for all of our guests to stay in, and for the bride and groom to get ready on the big day. Everyone here was awesome. The hotel is beautiful. We had a suite, which was perfect for 8 people getting ready - the room was awesome. Klara, the woman who helped me organize my guests rates and dates could not have been any nicer.

They delivered all of my wedding bags free of charge. I can't wait to work with this bunch again. I highly recommend them.

Our reception was incredible. All thanks to Embassy Suites, their staff was amazing, very atentive and kind. The food was amazing everyone loved it, everyone wanted to try all the choices once they brought out everyones dinner. Super organized and made our day so much more special!

We had a very difficult time coordinating meetings with our contact at the hotel. Up until 2 weeks before the wedding, details were not ironed out, as meetings were constantly missed by staff. When it came down to it, service was good the day of the wedding, and the food was very good. however, the stress before the wedding really didn't allow us to fully enjoy the event.

Prior to the reception I had met up with the director of catering and events ( I'll call him BOB ) on several occasions. What we had planned and discussed was FAR from what we received. I was told by *BOB* when my bridal party, husband, and I arrived at the Embassy there would be appetizers and drinks in a suite waiting for us. When we arrived not only had the room not even been cleaned which again was promised by *BOB*, there was nothing. My husband and I sat there and had to call our wedding planning to track down *BOB* to bring us old cold appetizers. We were supposed to make our grand entrance at 6:00pm but due to the lack of service provided by The Embassy Suites ( 1 bartender for 150 guests, BOB said 4 people called in sick...but did nothing to fix the problem) there was a line at the bar and my guests were even going downstairs to PAY for their drinks. That is unacceptable and embarrassing. We didn't enter until 6:30 which not only cut our first dances short but forced our wedding singer to only be able to sing 2 songs. This is something I have waited my whole life for and was completed ruined by The Embassy Suites. In one of the tastings I was again promised by *BOB* that I would have Martinelli's Apple Cider in my toasting glass because I was pregnant, when my ONE AND ONLY toast came along I had Champagne and couldn't enjoy the toast with my new husband and family. The food we were provided with at both tastings were delicious, due to The Embassy Suite's poor service the food was sitting out, cold, and not even what we ordered. I was not only starving but again embarrassed. My wedding planner was running around serving food and pouring drinks, only to be criticized. We saw *BOB* one time, and he told us the fish was dry and overcooked from sitting out for so long. That didn't make us feel anything but more angry. We did not see him or any other manager for the rest of the night. There was no knife to cut the cake, and not one server available to cut and serve the cake to my guests. Why even have a cake? I would not recommend The Embassy Suite's services to anyone I know.
