The Embassy Suites Houston - Energy Corridor has the staff, facilities, rooms, and package pricing to achieve your perfect celebration. Our experienced sales team and wedding planners will transform our hotel into the wedding venue that is picture perfect for you. From rehearsal dinners, to wedding ceremonies and receptions, our Grand Ballroom can accommodate up to 210 guests for a banquet and up to 250 guests for a reception. If you have something smaller or more intimate in mind, our ballrooms and meeting rooms are flexible to properly accommodate smaller events. Even if you are just looking for discounted hotel rooms for your wedding, we can accommodate you in "suite" style.

Sabrina Garcia was the wedding planner in the Embassy Suites Energy Corridor who helped us with all the wedding arrangements!! She was great! Responsible, dedicated, and always worked to find the way to please all our requests and to materialize our ideas. She always responded my calls and emails promptly, with respect an positive attitude! The event went as planned! The food was excellent! The chef did his best in the tasting and for the wedding! During the wedding Jose, Josh, Mirna, and the rest of the team provided an excellent service. I do recommend the Embassy Suites Energy Corridor, we were really pleased to host our daugther's wedding there!!!
