Our handcrafted honey jar favors are filled with our small-batch Spring Wildflower Honey, produced by our honeybees and harvested from our Monmouth County, New Jersey apiaries.

At E&M Gold Beekeepers, we care for the bees, bottle what the hives create, and for more than 19 years have worked with over 3,000 brides creating New Jersey wedding honey favors guests are truly delighted to take home.

A small jar of local honey that may find its way into morning tea, onto warm biscuits, beside a cheese board, or into a favorite recipe long after your wedding day.

Great Favors

We used the 2 oz jars of honey from E&M Gold Beekeepers for our wedding favors. They were so great to work with. We reached out via email first and they answered all of our questions and when we placed the order, we were able to choose when to pick up the honey which was very convenient. We ended up designing and printing our own labels which worked perfectly. The favors were a big hit – almost all of them were taken by guests and people thought it was a great idea! We would highly recommend working with E&M – we were able to support a local business and provide a useful & fun favor!

The sweetest favors

My husband and I were tired of seeing the same wedding favors online over and over. For the price of favors, we were really hoping to find a local business to support instead of an online retailer. With a quick google search we found Ed and Mary, and we are SO happy we did. We got the 2 oz honey pots with custom labels and our guests absolutely loved them. The honey itself was great quality, we were literally eating it by itself with a spoon at one point. Added bonus - when my dad went to pick up the favors, they actually showed him around the farm! Ed and Mary are so personable and easy to work with. I’m so glad I stumbled across their business and will definitely continue to purchase from them in the future.

Quick response and yummy honey!!

We ordered their honey kind of late but they responded very quickly and the products arrived a lot earlier than we expected!!
The honey favors are so cute and yummy!! Our guest totally enjoyed them!!!

Mary + Ed were awesome to work with! The jars are a great party favor and the quality of the honey was great! Wanted to have a local favor for our wedding and we couldn’t have chosen a better item nor tesm to work with. They were kind enough to show me the bees when I went to pick up the honey. Kept their standard tag and added my own labels and honey dipper.

I planned my wedding within 4 months from my engagement and I can say one thing choosing a favor was the easiest of all. It's not because I knew what I wanted it was more because of the service I received from Mary and Ed. I placed the order just a month before my wedding and received it within a week from my order. From first call to placing an order to all the e-mail responses, Mary and Ed were amazing to work with. I would recommend them over anyone,,they were just as sweet as their honey :)

Mary & Ed were incredible doing business with! They truly know the meaning of customer service, and are incredibly responsive and professional. I ordered 65 of the 4 oz. wedding honey favor jars from them - and the honey is absolutely delicious. After I ordered the jars, I noticed the cute little wooden honey dippers on their website and decided I wanted those too, so placed an order for those. When I called, Ed & Mary were actually on vacation, so I told them I could call back when they got home - but they insisted it was fine, and talked with me just as if they were right at their place of business. Thank you again Mary and Ed! What an easy, seamless business transaction!

Mary and Ed, this sweet couple’s honey is NECESSARY for your upcoming occasion. (No pun intended) Harvested in Tinton Falls NJ, the perfect homemade party favor will catch everyone’s eye. I loved that it came personalized with mine and my husband’s wedding information right on the label. Mary and Ed were nice enough to show us around the honey farm and show us how it’s made! You can see the love and dedication that they both have to this process and saving the bees. I’m definitely going to be purchasing more honey from them in the future. They also do candles and other knick-knacks for the winter season. Please check them out you will NOT be disappointed. Thank you Mary and Ed for being so lovely, opening up your backyard to us to see how you both attain the honey, and allowing us to become beloved patrons. We will be back!

Our wedding favors were a hit!! Not only were they in adorable honey jars but very easy to customize and work with. Plus- who doesn’t enjoy honey? Mary and Ed are a sweet couple who are a pleasure to work with. Please be sure to take the tour if you order the favors. It’s very interesting to see the whole process from start to finish. So glad we found them!!

Mary and Ed are absolutely wonderful. We ordered the honey jars about a month before our wedding. They arrived fully intact and looking beautiful and arrived exactly when E+M said they would. We attached little tags to the jars with each guest's name and table number. People loved the honey and we're still getting compliments on them!

We came across E&M through an online search for wedding favors to find they were right in our area. We ordered the small jars of honey with personalized gold labels which were such a hit with our guests. Now months later, we still have guests raving about the honey and asking if we have any extra leftovers! Working with Ed and Mary was very easy, they were responsive to our questions and we were able to place the order and payment easily via email and phone. When we picked up our honey, we even got a tour to see the bees and where the honey is made, and met their cute dogs! I would recommend E&M honey for their charming favors and the quality of the honey alone, but it was also wonderful to work with people who take such pride in their business and customer service.
