About

Ellipsis quartet began performing at wedding ceremonies and receptions in mid-2006, and based on enthusiastic referrals from former clients, we are currently scheduling jobs through the summer of 2008. Three of our members attend Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology in Alexandria, Virginia, and one attends Centreville High School in Clifton, Virginia. In addition to chamber music performed with the quartet, we all participate in orchestras and study with private music instructors.

The Ellipse String Quartet is a quartet of high school musicians.

They played beautifully and were responsive to e-mails.

They were budget-friendly and very professional.

Ellipsis Quartet were perfect. They set the mood for the ceremony and sounded great. They had the best price that I could find... especially for a quartet. They emailed back and forth with me about song selections and even talked to me on the phone to go over exactly what will fit for the ceremony. They did an excellent job and I would recommend them to anyone who wants their ceremony to be extra special.
